The Addison location hide house was very good because I stayed at another Hyde house in Las Colinas Irving and lost all my food that cause I was there for like seven days even though they did give me a day stay but everything was broken over there. The maintenance was horrible, but here I’m very impressed. Other than that I’ll be back very reasonable and now since I’m a member I just want to add up my points to see can I get a couple of days of relaxation till I can find me an apartment? It’s been real stressful but come here has been stress-free. Thank you for your services.

Loved the room. We did not eat breakfast. The room was clean and spacious. Didn't like that we were on the 3rd floor after requested for a 1st. floor. We just took what we could get.

The door locked on us. We were able to finally get it open. The disposal was making noise. I did report it to the office. On Friday the lady was rude that answered the phone and tried to make things a little difficult when we arrived at 7am. We traveled from another state and the last thing you want to here is that your room was taken and make a new reservation. We had traffic delays and wasn't able to make it by 3am. And we were still charged for Friday. I also requested a 1st. floor and she said nothing was available. But is up on the 3rd. floor.

Friendly and helpful staff!

Actually, it was very difficult to find nestled in between a bunch of other hotels and motels! Also, within the unit I stayed in there is an area of carpeting that meets the bathroom area. It was unraveled, and there was a metal piece sticking up from the ground, which certainly could be a liability for you all if somebody would’ve cut themselves on it.

Great location. The staff at check-in were lovely. I had a query with my bill on checkout that was resolved easily. Rooms were tired looking and it could do with a refurbishment but were clean. I would definitely stay here again

Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss

Maintenance was quick to handle the only 2 small issues . At check-in the AC in the room wasn't working but once they were notified the problem was solved immediately. They also turned the grills on within minutes of the request.

House keeping only dropped off fresh towels but didn't clean the suite.

booking.com messed up my reservation as they do often and the manager and front desk lady we above and beyond and got us a room to accommodate us and they have the best customer service that I have seen in a long time. Job well done, well managed and run establishment

Enjoyed our stay at this property. The staff were very welcoming from arrival to departure. I really need to remember staff names to shout them out especially when they make you feel like family. Breakfast was also good. In addition to the regular food spread, there's also a live station where you can get omelettes (or any special item) made on the spot. There's a bar on site in the lobby/breakfast area. If you like to sip and mingle this is the spot for you. They're quite generous with the liquor as well (HA HA!) If you're an aviation geek like myself you'll enjoy this because it's close to the Addison airport so there are light GA aircraft and business jets passing over often.

The room sizes & comfort was great. Staff was very friendly & when asking for anything they were helpful.

Breakfast was always out or very crowded we were down between 7:30 to 8. Also I always had to ask for clean towels & trash removal.

It's a nice spot. It's cozy, clean and quiet.

Only 2 things I didn't like was that it didn't say how much deposit was so when I arrived they told me it is a $100 deposit and if I wanted to park my car here it's $12 a night and they take that off the deposit.
