Great front desk staff and housekeeping!

The older women at the cafe needs to chill! If she can't handle large crowds with increase order volume she needs to move on. She is so rude!

Very clean and the staff was very friendly. Room was “roomy” and comfortable. Very satisfied with the room.

Only complaint was that none of the staff or bistro knew about the free breakfast and beverage. After showing them on the website they did give the breakfast sandwich for free but charged for the drinks (which should have been free) a soda and OJ was $10.00.

Front desk was verry attentive especially Aleah maybe Elia? Don't know how her name is spelled ..checked out Monday morning Aug 26th at 12.00 she was great ! The room was very clean , needs a bit more lighting it was a bit dark the pool was nice ..jacuzzi was out of order (bummer) over all great experience will come back again..

It was nice that the room was spacious, and I think the swimming pool was a little bigger than other places.

It was uncomfortable because there was no breakfast and there was no microwave in each room, and the ice machine on the third floor did not work, so I had to go up to the fourth floor every time. I think it would be better to clean the microwave. And after taking a shower, the ventilation is not good and the interior becomes damp.

well designed room, with large full kitchen, including a dishwasher. updated and elegant decor. Very clean and fresh. walking distance to several restaurants and a local bar. walking distance to Frontwave stadium also.

the parking lot was under construction so it made parking rather difficult.

A great, friendly staff. Good, friendly maid service. Breakfast is pricy for what is offered- coffees were ok, breakfast sandwich also ok. Nothing is as good as freshly made and cooked, not microwaved.

The bathroom floor needed extra attention, specifically under the shower door ( looked moldy) , and corners of the bathroom floor ( needs scrubbing)

the hotel is in a nice location it's kinda away from the freeway and not in a busy area. check in was a breeze thank you Gabriel. there is restaurants within walking distance as well as the sprinter. staff was very helpful plenty of free parking. thank you

There’s a daily parking fee, the food service was often understaffed or closed at night.

There was no breakfast. That was disappointing because I had to leave and have breakfast somewhere else. All that was available was Starbucks.

I didn’t like the inconvenience of having to leave the hotel early to have breakfast somewhere else. No room service or kitchen for breakfast at hotel.

Location was Perfect. For Everything that we wanted to do.

Checking Was a Disappointment. Your System Crashed 10min. Before I got there Tuesday Evening. Had a Reservation etc. Could not check in due to system down. Had to wait over an hour. To be able to check in. I asked if we could just get a room and worry about paperwork later. Because we had a Reservation no. But they said that they didn't know what rooms were vacant or if they were clean. I would think you would know what you have available. At 8:00 at Night. You should have a Back System to Safe Guard Yourself. So I am Not Impressed. With what took Place on Check In. Robert Butcher. 619 922-9128
