We are very pleasantly surprised by the hotel. We didn't expect it to have such a nice and warm atmosphere. Everything is in the sign of the mountains and we liked that very much. The staff at the reception were extremely friendly and helped us on a couple of occasions. While the staff in the restaurant was a little hectic but that's ok, we understand. There we met our compatriot among the staff in the restaurant and we were very happy about it (Pozdrav za lijepu Milicu iz Novog Sada! :) ) The food in the restaurant was fantastic, not to mention breakfast! The bed was more than comfortable, we slept like babies! The view from the terrace is also fantastic... The location is excellent, only 15 minutes drive from Cortina d'Ampezzo.

We would only possibly adjust the timetable around breakfast. It starts at 7:30 a.m., but for example, a lot of people staying at the hotel are mountaineers and have to go on a tour as early as possible and have breakfast as early as possible. So maybe it would be nice if breakfast started at 7 am. And we would also extend the working hours of the spa center (which is very good!) so that it is open until 9 pm instead of 8 pm. Again, we say this for the hikers and returning from the mountains when you need to relax your muscles :)

Good location a short drive away from Cortina, with nearer food options in San Vito. Free breakfast had good variety. Rooms were clean and simple. Alessandra was exceptionally helpful during our stay, she answered all our questions and helped us with making reservations at restaurants. Do be mindful of the road closures on SS51, as it will affect access to the hotel from Cortina after sunset.

No kettle/ coffee making facilities in each room

Was comfortable and clean with balcony and it was without noises with a posibility to have a dog with us (not included in the price, but it was written on Booking below) and it is awesome, that the hotel has a Spa and they also have vegan options for vegans, like vegan croassant and plant based milks also gluten free options

Restaurant was nice, but if you order vegan option (they take away an ingredient and charge you 3 € for that, does not make semse, that you have less ingredients, but you must pay for that…it is embarassing nowadays

The rooms were nice and tidy, they cleaned everyday, the breakfast was good, it was a mix of everything but with accent on the sweets side. The staff was really friendly, we had to borrow a charger for our battery and they were very helpful. We didn't use the spa facilities but we did enjoy some wonderful cocktails at the bar one night while watching the game.Highly recommend the bar, the drinks are strong and tasty. All in all it was a great experience.

Great hotel to stay if you want to tour around Italian Dolomites by car. It is located about 15km of Cortina d'Ampezzo, free parking included, comfortable and clean rooms, great breakfast with many options to chose from including hot dishes, and very competitive price.

Hotel restaurant (Ristorante La Cima) wasn't good value for money. It is pricy for just "OK food". Plus, we had to pay a fee to book a table for 2 people even though restaurant wasn't busy and we were staying at hotel.

When we arrived and opened our bedroom door, our jaws dropped. We could not believe what an amazing view we had. We also loved how it was a little further away from all the touristy shops and other hotels; it felt like our own little world. We loved the food options nearby (Happy Park and the hotel restaurant were both delicious). The breakfast spread was fantastic! I also loved the little details of having candy and goodies around the hotel for us to snack on on our way back from a hike or on our way out!

The only issue we had was that we checked out at 5:30am and no one was at the front desk. We didn't realize and no one had informed us that there wouldn't be a concierge there 24/7. Perhaps if a sign could be posted somewhere visible that would be great. It was a little stressful figuring out where to leave our room key, especially since they warn you you'll be charged 10 euros if lost.

Very good hotel with wonderful mountain view from the windows. Hotel is cosy and super clean. Staffs are helpful with smile. The hotel equipped with sauna, jaceuzi and stream room (mixed sexes)

Not in the big city and you cannot get anything without driving ex. Restaurant, supermarket etc. Nut you get the quite and simplicity in return.

Amazing room at a corner of 3rd floor, everything in a room was nice and new including toilet (and especially for Dolomiti where many times rooms in hotels are pretty old so sometimes you feel better sleeping in your 4* car:)), amazing breakfast (especially for Italy), very good value for money (it was at the end of May), ample parking (don't understand why everyone parks on the road next to hotel's entrance when bellow the hotel there's a huge empty hotel parking and a lift to take you up)

Everything was great and beyond expectations, especially since we're seasoned Dolomiti travelers, this has to be one of the best value hotels in the area and we'll definitely be back

The road that goes from Cortina d‘Ampezzo to the hotel is closed every night from 9pm to 6am, and the alternative route takes 1h40 (instead of 20 minutes), meaning you can‘t really go anywhere to see the sunset or sunrise. Other than that the stay was very nice.

The staff were very helpful and were able to communicate easily in English. As we left to go on a hike prior to the breakfast opening then we were offered a coffee and croissant as an alternative (breakfast opens at 7:30am). We ate at the restaurant for dinner and the meal was delicious.

Small amount of parking outside, we were lucky to get the last park.
