Very close to the centre of town, beautiful views, very relaxed but most of all the staff were extremely accommodating. Stefano, the owner and Roberta would go out of their way to help you. Our daughter and I wanted to have a massage one day and we’re having a hard time to find a spa that would accommodate us during the day (most spas only opened after 5 pm in the town). We asked Stefano for recommendations. By the time we came back from our morning hike, he had booked us in at a nearby hotel that opened its spa especially for us!

Very cozy little hotel. All build in wood and you feel the atmosphere of being in a nice Tyroler mountain hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful on requests but not very visible. Be aware that it is not a 5 star hotel with all the facilities and services. It is an old olympic hotel from winher olympics back in the day, Still has the history of that visible, many nice photos from that time. And now it is coming back again!

It is an older hotel with services and facilities accordingly. Clean and tidy, not to be misunderstood.

I'm going to be completely honest, I read some of the reviews from previous people that had stayed here and I was a bit nervous. But once we arrived, the front desk personnel let us check in slightly early and our room was exactly as it looked in the pictures for the superior double room. I would Highly Recommend this property if you're staying in Cortina. This property is amazing, has friendly staff, and has a great location!

We had a wonderful experience thanks to the incredibly kind and helpful receptionist Maria, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. She surprised us with a room upgrade to a more spacious option, which made our visit even more comfortable. Maria’s warm welcome and excellent service truly made a difference. My husband and I stayed at Hotel Corona for four nights in September. It was a great stay. This is a family owned and operated hotel, which gives it a personal feel. Steve, Mary and Ferdi were fantastic hosts, always willing to help and be helpful. Steve’s recommendations for local activities were great. Pros: Beautiful hotel, beautiful views from the spacious room, good breakfast, great hospitality

Cons: Short walk to downtown (around 10 minutes, not a serious issue), loud traffic during daytime but peaceful and quiet at night.

Where to begin, maybe the best view in the Dolomites from your balcony (I almost want to keep this a secret)! The stay was perfect. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating, seems family run. The breakfast is one of the best I've had at a hotel stay, not your traditional breakfast. The hosts will make eggs for you upon request (cooked to perfection). Great cold cuts (prosciutto, salami, ham, speck, cheese), lots of breads and pastry's to choose from. Fresh yogurt or packaged if you wanted to take with you. Cereal, many options. Fruit. Nuts (walnuts, almonds, etc.) Any type of coffee or tea available. Juices. I promise you won't walk away hungry. The rooms are extremely clean - well taken care of. Originally when we booked, (my mother in law and spouse) we booked an adjoining room with a shared bathroom - upon arrival the hosts graciously switched us so we could have two bathrooms at no extra cost. They go above and beyond and your room is cleaned daily with towels replaced.

Nothing at all. We loved our stay and will be back. I would have loved a small fridge for drinks at night but that wouldn't prevent me staying or telling all of my friends and family to stay there when they visit.

The superior rooms were looking pretty new, very clean and spacious. The hotel was located 10-15 minutes from a ski lift but if you don't fancy walking, a skibus stops at the door. Breakfast was very good and complete. If I ever come back to Cortina, I will for sure stay here again. Also, Maria was always very helpful and nice!

The staff was extremely friendly with us and our little dog. The location was perfect and the hotel itself beautiful: our room was renovated but still maintained that Alpine charm. While the hotel is next to a road, the windows are super well sound insulated.

There was no blackout curtain so we were woken up quite early - although you do need to get out early to do those amazing hikes :)

The mountain view from the balcony was amazing (we got a good side of the hotel, the single room didn't have such a good view of the mountains). The staff were also really accommodating when we were late for breakfast on one day. The beds were comfortable.

There weren't a lot of plug sockets in the rooms - especially the single room. So you had to choose between the fridge, TV, kettle, etc. The WiFi also wasn't very reliable.

Property is nicely located within walking distance of downtown and right on a convenient bus line to and from the Tofana/Socrepes ski base area. Very friendly staff and our bathroom was newly remodeled and very spacious. Very nice shower!

WiFi signal was very spotty and not very reliable.
