I recently stayed at this hotel during my last business trip to Tokyo, and I had a wonderful experience. First and foremost, the rooms were exceptionally clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly polite, professional, and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. Despite being located in the prestigious Ginza area, the hotel offers relatively affordable rates, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. Another aspect I truly appreciated was the hotel’s eco-friendly approach. Instead of providing pre-packaged amenities, guests can freely take all necessary personal care items from the counter at the reception, allowing for a more sustainable travel option. Additionally, the mattress was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day in the city. One more great feature was the humidifier in the room, which was a lifesaver against the dry air. It made the stay even more comfortable, especially during the colder season. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, excellent service, thoughtful amenities, and comfortable rooms. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Tokyo!

Great location. The room is not huge but has everything you need. Good restaurant with buffet kaiseki-style food. Super convenient that the hotel offers shipping your luggage to your next accommodation/airport for you. In addition to the coin laundromat, there is also proper laundry service with dry cleaning, although information about it was not so easy to find. Very nice and helpful staff at the reception. Various amenities such as teas and coffee, bath salts, toothbrushes and others, are provided on the lobby.

Toilet paper in the rooms is a bit too rough/cheap. Dubious set-up of the sink, which is embedded into the table in the room, so the water is a bit too close to the sockets. The bed is not 100% comfy, probably because the pillows are too stiff and small. Also, a big disappointment is that the windows don’t open at all so you can’t let any fresh air in.

This is one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It’s very clean, modern and newly renovated. Special thanks to the staffs Miss Jin and Miss Hasegawa for being so polite and helpful. My tweezers and some blackhead removal tools were thrown away by the housekeeper by accident as I wrapped them in tissue and it probably got mistook as rubbish. I really hoped to get it back as it is something that I’ve been using for years. I informed the front desk and Ms Hasegawa came to my room to understand the situation as I could not speak Japanese. Despite that it is just some beauty tools, Ms Hasegawa informed Ms Jin on the situation and Ms Jin helped to search through the disposal plastic bags for me. They found it in less than 1 hour and sanitized it before returning it to me. I feel really bad to make them go through so much trouble for me and really thankful to get my item back. Also the service standard is really excellent and better than many 5 stars hotels despite being a 3 stars hotel! To Ms Hasegawa and Ms Jin, Thanks both of you for your help once again! ✨🌟💖🌟💖🌟💖🌟💖🌟💖🌟

Great location, comfortable room, AMAZING breakfast, super-friendly staff. Bed was comfy, amenities were great. A tad pricier than other hotels we've stayed at in the same area. Just a short 15-minute walk to the best sushi in the world in the Tsukiji neighborhood.

The bathroom sink would be better if it was located in the bathroom, not in the bedroom. It's a small room and you need the limited counter space for your belongings, so having the sink there is weird because you have to be careful you don't get your belongings wet when you use the sink. Other than that, nothing to complain about, the place is very comfortable and in a fabulous location.

The location is very convenient to both ginza and higashiginza station (also shimbashi). The shower in particular (no black mould or anything like that) but also all the room facilities were very clean. The layout of the room was very good with bed being at the end of the room rather than to the side. Left a lot of space to lay out suitcase and just have open space to move about. Requested a quiet room and besides the odd siren outside, it was exactly that. Couldn’t hear other people in their rooms or anything outside, which I really appreciated.

The AC was quite noisy. It didn’t really affect me too much as I like playing music out loud while I’m in my room, but if you’re sensitive to or get distracted by noise, it is quite loud.

The room had a comfortable bed and the bathroom (seperated room for the toilet, which is a plus) has a shower with a pretty strong shower spray. Yes, the room is rather small, but it also says so in the room description. Plus, it was perfect for us two. If you dont need to access your suitcases the whole time, its really fine. The staff is very accomodating, since we needed to find an English speaking doctor, and the hotel staff helped us find one. There are two easy to use wash- and drymachines, and if you want to use a magnetron, you use the one in the lobby.

There's not much to dislike, other than maybe some weird noises at night that cant be filtered out by a closed window, but we were able to consistently sleep through it without much of a problem.

Front desk staff were really helpful and amenities provided were great! Room was really clean too. Was a bit small for 2 pax, but we made do. Hotel breakfast was good too, but seems to be the same food every day. Hotel provides small benefits for not requesting housekeeping, but still changes towels and clears the trash daily (just have to place items outside the door and they will replace it), which was quite a good system to ensure guest privacy.

Room could have a few more hooks/hangers provided for us to hang our clothes and make the space a tad more functional. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay a lot!

7/11 was just below the hotel. Metro station is within walking distance. Restaurants are plenty in the area. Our room was right infront of the elevator and i worried that it may be noisy. Surprisingly, it did not bother us at all. I like that the toilet is separate from the bathroom. Spacious enough with bath tub and shower area.

I didnt like that the sink is not in the bathroom. It was weird that the sink was in the bedroom on the same table where we put our snacks, our personal things and also on the same table as the coffee making facility. Imagine brushing your teeth near your snacks and coffee.... there was also just one small thick pillow per bed. Wish there was 2 normal size pillow per bed. The edge of the bath tub in rm 719 needs to be resealed coz it looks dirty. Daily change of towels and slippers and mineral water replenishment is appreciated.

1) Breakfast - we love the Japanese buffet breakfast! It has good selection, including shabu-shabu. 2) Convenient Location - it is about 10mins walk to the Ginza station, 10mins walk to Tsukiji Market and about 2mins walk to Uniqlo Ginza. There are a lot of restaurants and bar options around the area too. 7/11 is in the same block of building as the hotel. When checking out, we got ourselves a taxi to Tokyo Station - a mere 6mins drive away - to take the Narita Express. 3) Room - it is, as expected, small, however, the furnishing is thoughtful. It’s a bit difficult to describe but the way the toilet door swings open to lock itself onto the “main room”, therefore giving more space to the toilet, impressed us! We also got freebies (which include free face masks) for opting not to have our room cleaned. The pajamas are so comfortable to wear too! 4) Elevator - not sure why this wasn’t more widely available at other hotels, but when you tap your room key card in the elevator, it instantly detects your room floor, so you don’t have to tap and then select the floor. A minor convenience improvement but perhaps under appreciated!

The hotel is probably the best you can get below a luxury hotel in Tokyo, but the staff make it feel like one. I unfortunately got food poisoning during my stay from a separate restaurant and when I needed to go to a hospital the hotel staff went above and beyond to help my wife call an ambulance and feel comfortable the entire time. After returning from the hospital they checked on me several times to make sure I was okay and didn’t need anything.
