We liked the hotel, the room, the exterior very nice, we had a beautiful view, the staff was always helpful, the jacuzzi, the outdoor pool were great

The only negative thing was that we were not informed in advance before ordering the hotel that the outdoor sunbeds are paid for. We didn't even see it written on the booking, we only found out after arriving at the hotel and the price of the sunbeds was not cheap... we have not encountered this in any hotel where we stayed for at least a week. There were also 3 or 4 sunbeds for free, in addition to the chairs behind the sunbeds.

It’s a new beautiful hotel on the quiet part of the island, we stay on the suite with the private pool and the room was nice and comfortable, also there is a parking space in the hotel , the staff were super nice and friendly ( Nefeli, habibi and the girl on the reception they do a great job)

There is a few details to improve, like there is not rubbish bin in the rooms , the plans are lack of care , they almost dry out , in the shower is no possible to hold the body wash or toiletries, and we considered that the weak point of all experience at the hotel it was the music in the restaurant and pool area it was noisy and type of music like been in at night club at the peak of the party instead of been relaxing more according with the atmosphere,

lovely hotel, very comfortable and tastefully decorated. it was a luxury stay. fantastic staff - every one of them - so warm and welcoming! great quality breakfast. Hotel has a partial view of the caldera, situated at the base, looking up at the cliffs. good idea to base oneself here if saving money and hire a car and drive up to the cliffs for the view and hikes.

wasn’t super easy to get to places though a couple of restaurants are walking distance. taxis can be pricey - eg to and from the archaeological site which was a 7 minute drive cost me €40… that was more than the cab to the cliff top Imerovigli… hotel could negotiate better prices with cabs.

Overall a good place. Staff is very amicable and eager to assist. The place is definitely up to standards - clean and invested. An intimate boutique hotel. Breakfast is "a la carte" which means that you have to order it (included in the price).

The hotel's swimming pool sunbeds are at an extra cost (Nikki beach style as far as the fees go but not as far as the mood goes). There are 4 free seats near the pool and all the others come at a whopping fee of between 75 EUR to 300 EUR a pop depending of how close they are to the pool. During our 4 day stay we only saw 3 separate instances of people sitting on paying sunbeds. As a result the swimming pool area looked desolate and vacant for most of our stay. I whole-heartedly recommend management to ditch the seat fees - consider it as a marketing cost. Your first KPI is to bring a crowd to the pool. Once you see more demand then go for it.

The room was wonderful and very comfortable, the staff especially the woman on reception was lovely- very welcoming and helpful. The pool is divine! As is the view from the pool. And a very peaceful part of the island to stay. The hot tub was also lovely in the evening. I would come back.

In the description it said I had a caldera view, which actualy i did not - i could not see the caldera from my room or hot tub. Their strange Policy on beds around the pool, most of them you have to pay extra for (between 75-150 euros) was not very welcoming.. I think that would have bothered me more if I was staying for longer. Food and drink at the pool is very expensive and the staff member that was at the bar was pretty rude. Also just to note there seem to be ants living in the walls of the room so definitely don't leave any food items anywhere.. even in the bins they found it.

Curtains didnt stop the light from coming in early. Lots of day beds were reserved for the possibility of outside guests. You couldnt use half of the pool furniture

Gorgeous hotel, on a great location with in our opinion the best view of the island, overlooking the caldera all the way up to Fira. The area is quiet and away from the busy towns on the island, while still easily reachable. The pool area is great, food quality perfect but what stood out the most was the people. Especially Giannis at the pool bar went out of his way to give us everything we needed and made our trip special.

A few things disappointed us a bit: - the biggest one was the minimum spend at the pool sunbeds. Only a few are free and they are taken most days. The others have a €125 or €75 minimum spend (and that’s apparently a 50% discount because you’re staying in the hotel). We feel that if you spend a few hundred euros per night for your room, usage of the pool should be included, no matter how much you want to spend on food and drinks. - the curtains in the room are too small for the window, meaning it never got really dark. - the music in the restaurant at night was just a bit too loud to not hear it in the room.

Everything was perfect. Staff (from the receptions girls, as well as restaurant staff and cleaning staff) were amazing and always ready to answer our questions. Our bedroom was really beautiful and comfortable featuring a nice hot tub. In terms of location you will need to get transportation to get into the town as the hotel is far from the main attractions. However, that’s what we wanted so we could relax and be far from the crowd and only rented a moto4 for a day to explore the island, which is enough. Hotel can get a shuttle from/to the Port/Airport and we can rent car/motorbike/moto4 directly with the hotel and the company will bring the vehicle into the hotel. Breakfast was really good and tasty. Overall experience in the good was great and we will definitely comeback if we could. Thank you to the hotel and the staff. Note: The hotel has a franchise in Gili, Bali (Indonesia) and we are looking to stay there whenever we go visit home!

Breakfast took an hour to be served so we waited too long but it’s not a big issue. The view from the restaurant/breakfast area is breathtaking so we enjoyed the view while waiting.

The rooms were amazing can’t fault them at all and all staff were very friendly

We would have liked if the bar would have been stocked with alcohol , we would have spent more time and money in the hotel and by the pool if this was the case

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a wonderful experience staying at divino caldera. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. Their hospitality truly made the stay feel special. The breakfast each morning was fresh, varied, and delicious – a perfect start to the day. The facilities are top-notch, clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. If youre worried about the distance from fira and main island, i will reassure you and tell that we had a scooter and the journey between the hotel and oia took 30 minutes ride. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I had a great stay and would definitely return.
