Very spacious and clean - tbh surprised it was only 3 stars

A minor point but it was odd to have the electrical power point in the centre of the headboard along with the light switch. Hard to not touch the charging cable during the night or accidentally switch on the room lights. Why not have these at the side of the bed ? Found it strange considering how excellent the room was in all other aspects. Also there was no gel dispenser in the shower unit (the bath). Had to rely on 4 small sachets instead.

Everything, the hotel staff were fantastic, the room was a excellent size being a twin room the balcony was huge, locally there was plenty to do old town was 15 minutes away, lots.of tapas, and very cheap. We rode over from the UK on motorcycles and the hotel staff accommodated us with a underground space for a price of course. The room decor is dated but very clean. Also this was a budget hotel.

The cost of the spaces to park.

The hotel is located outside of the old town, but it is only a 15 minute walk to the old town outskirts and maybe another 10 to the Basilica. The secure underground parking was excellent. Staff on reception and the cleaning team were fantastic, so welcoming and full of information about the town, what to see, how to get there and where to eat. My room was large enough with 2 desks and a huge balcony/terrace area. Bathroom was big enough and had everything I needed. The shower over the bath worked well.

The breakfast was quite awful. The 'hot' sausages and scrambled eggs were cold and inedible. There were toast and cold meats /cheeses which were nice and whole fruits. But there were a lot of cakes, donuts and sweet cereal which are not really suitable breakfast fare, I would have preferred more fresh fruit and protein options

Convenient location with easy access to buses connecting to the town centre. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Rooms are a good size and have all necessary amenities. Surprisingly quiet in the back rooms despite main road location.

No cereals for grown ups at breakfast. Muesli or granola would be nice to have in addition to the cornflakes and chocos provided. No coffee machine outside breakfast time even if coin operated.

We had very nice, clean and large room vithe large bathroom Very clean and comfortable.

From information on the web of booking.com we understood we can use coffee maker machine all our stay. In the hotel the first information was this possibiliy is only during the breakfest time. Next day another lady said this is not possible at all. It seems as a mistake on web pages, the staff mostly believes that tea or coffee is only part of the paid breakfest.

Overall it did what it promised it would and it was good value for money. The beds were comfortable, good shower, not too far to walk to the old town, possibility to park. Although on a busy road, double doors really minimised the noise so it was easy to sleep. Decent sized room.

To mention - The hallway smelt of cigarettes and the staff could have been a little more forthcoming with information that would have been helpful (breakfast, car park space location)

Great room with very comfortable beds, very clean bathroom and nice room temperature

There was some difficulty with our check-in process when the receptionist was checking our documents which was a bit uncomfortable at first but luckily it got resolved quite quickly.

The hotel is pretty central close enough to the old town to walk it does have underground parking take the narrow street immediately after the hotel on your right. It isn't free you'll have to pay at reception.

The street outside the hotel was very busy so difficult to park.

It was very clean, staff friendly and helpful . Location was good for access to the historic centre. Plenty of bars and cafes close to the hotel.

It would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Easy to find within a 30 minute walk to the old town. Good breakfast. Safe car park.

Bed was a little small. Room was very dark as little light got into the courtyard the room overlooked. Air conditioning was efficient but little control available. Lack of instructions about where to park while checking in and finding out where car park was located.
