I chose the Premium Pool Villa for two, and the room surpassed expectations. It was not only clean and spacious but also boasted a private pool, providing the perfect setting for a luxurious getaway. The room thoughtfully included all the essentials for a comfortable and convenient travel experience. The highlight was the excellent continental breakfast, featuring a delightful blend of international and local Malaysian cuisines. One noteworthy advantage is the provision of free parking, with options for both open parking areas and building parking. This adds to the convenience, allowing guests to focus on enjoying their stay without worrying about parking logistics. While my overall experience was highly satisfying, I do have a minor observation. The range of activities for families and couples within the hotel premises appeared somewhat limited after check-in. Although the hotel offers cycling, ATV rides, and various beach activities, the options for swimming were a bit restricted. To address this, I ventured to Teluk Kemang, a nearby beach, approximately 15-20 minutes away. There, a longer stretch of beach awaited, offering a more diverse array of activities such as banana boat rides, boat rides, jet skiing, and even horse riding. In conclusion, I remain thoroughly satisfied with my stay at Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson. It's a top choice for those seeking a premium and indulgent experience in this beautiful coastal town.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Lexis Hibiscus, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I have not seen where the staff was so friendly and accommodating to every visitor. The rooms are clean, I can understand the rooms are exposed to the sea as you can see a bit of wear and tear. It’s not that I’m complaining just because of the price you pay I would expect a bit better for the value for my money. Overall the location is great everything was very good.

The only thing I didn’t like was, there were a lot of flies in the restaurant which was a bit of a disappointment. But the food was great, very tasty and the variety for the buffet was amazing.

I love the cookies in the room. It wasn’t replenished daily which I hope they would and should! Roselle coffee house staff are all worth 10⭐️! They are way better than the front desk and the buggy counter! I do note some improvement from the front desk since my last visit but nowhere as good as the team in the coffee house. Shoutout to Sheh Bahadur if I remember correctly. Super attentive and extremely pleasant.

The buggy service drove passed us empty without slowing or stopping to ask if we need service to the lobby. We wanted to walk so we could get some exercise but I have my 70+ y/o mom walking with me. They could’ve have asked if we’d need a ride to the lobby? Same thing happened in one of the night walk from lobby to our room we were walking with a mom carrying her 3mths old baby and a son pushing a stroller the buggy drove passed us empty. We had to switch the room because we paid for seaview ended up getting a beachview facing the construction of Hibiscus 2. The chain lock for both rooms were in bad condition that I has to call for some help from maintenance - which i think shouldn’t happen since this is a 5⭐️ resort.

We loved the hotel! Great location, excellent services, and a beautiful room on the 11th floor with a private pool and sauna that the kids really enjoyed. Special thanks to the receptionist who welcomed us with such kindness and personally guided us to the elevator – her warm attitude made a wonderful first impression. Breakfast was good overall, and the in-room dining was tasty. Our stay was comfortable and memorable.

The chef at the egg station was very rude and unprofessional. When I asked for fried eggs cooked hard, he refused at first, acted annoyed, and finally gave me eggs not as I requested. This attitude was unacceptable and far below the hotel’s otherwise excellent standards. Also, there were some small ants in the room.

This is the second time we had our getaway holiday at this property. The property is well maintained and very clean. Security is good … making it a safe place to stay with plenty of privacy. The staffs are very friendly, courteous and helpful. Check-in was fast and hassle free. If you are driving, ample parking space available at the property. The unit that we stayed in had a private pool overlooking the open sea … the Straits of Malacca. It was such a beautiful and relaxing view. A perfect getaway place for a restful holiday. The room itself is very clean and well furnished …. comfortable bed for a restful stay. Buffet breakfast provides a wide spread of tasty food. Good ambiance. A perfect place for a restful holiday / getaway.

We enjoyed te sea view from our balcony and the pool. The room itself was clean and comfortable and at a distance from others of big families with children. The breakfast was very assorted with Indian, western and local food. Nice live music and songs in the bar. There was an opportunity to take a driver to visit Malakka and Port Dickson. All the staff is very helpful.

Rather far from everything. The bicycles can be rented to use on hotel premises which are not so big for riding On the beach there is only a small space to enter the sea. The beer and Pina Colada in the bar seemed to have more water than the respective ingredients.

Staff was attentive, 5 star! Room was spacious enough for 5 adults. Breakfast spread not bad, nasi lemak and choc muffin 👍🏼 requested for non-blocked view and they upgrade our room for free (lurve the flexibility)

Air conditioner temperature cant be controlled. Fixed at 16° but they got fan, oh but no remote controlled ;( Then, not sure if its the pool water or shampoo but my hair become so rusty on my 2nd day here. Sometimes got monkey visiting :0 Also, it would be better if got activities to “live up” the hibiscus walk at night, its super dim and dead there except for the party event hosted by outsider during my stay (its not for us)

The room was immaculate and well-appointed, as one would expect from a reputable establishment. Our children were absolutely thrilled with the in-room pool — a delightful feature that added to the overall experience. Breakfast offered a generous and varied spread, catering well to different tastes. The view from the room was stunning, providing a serene backdrop throughout our stay. The fire show was vibrant and engaging, though I personally wished it had lasted a bit longer. Complementary room upgrade was a plus point too.

One thing I feel could be improved is the addition of a lock on the toilet and bathroom doors. Even though I was staying with family, having that extra bit of privacy is something I consider essential for comfort.

A great place to just unwind and be free. Nice view and very calm. The services are good , buggy on time and very helpful, the breakfast i would say quite decent, maybe can have more varieties. The staffs are friendly especially Benjo, Ayu, he is the one greeted and welcoming us, fulfil our request and yet take the effort to give us fruits and drinks . Very thoughtful of him . I would definitely stay again whenever I just want to get away from the city life.

The swimming pool in each villa full of dead insects . Need to regularly clean it. One staff doing omelette station on the 22nd Oct is very rude and not accommodating.

Jet Ski and Banana Boat is fun and amazing. 7. Kidz World (Jungle Gym) is great for kids, they had lots of fun.

1. There's too many birds resting on the tower LED lights at night, which is just outside the balcony. The next morning, there's a lot of bird poop near the pool which is disgusting. 2. The pool is too small, Grand Lexis pool size is about double or slightly more compared to Lexis Hibiscus. 3. The tower has 4 lifts but it always try its best to only utilize 1 lift, making the other 3 idle very often.
