The room was nice and clean, the two beds were king size, which was great for 4 people! The staff were friendly.

The property is beautiful. The rooms are nice and spacious, and clean. Bed was comfortable and staff in the hotel were great.

This is the second time we have stayed here. The first time, the breakfast experience was awful, but we wanted to give it a second chance. The restaurant that hosts the buffet seems poorly run. Nothing is restocked unless you specifically ask staff. There is one ketchup bottle for the whole restaurant. I had to ask to have it filled, and the girl brought it back out less than 1/4 full. Had to ask for bowls, but instead of actually putting some out for guests, just handed me one and walked away. They have a juice machine in the staff area which you can see, but instead of letting people use it, they just put small jugs of apple juice, orange juice, and milk in a tray on ice. No fresh fruit at all. Not so much as a banana.

Clean and close to where I needed to be

I really liked my bed and the fresh clean linen that I had. I also really enjoyed the continent breakfast. It was very good quality eggs and danish is available which was very yummy. I also really liked the availability of the filtered water throughout the hotel. there was one right outside the elevators and one inside the pool facilities for when I needed it I would definitely check into the phones that are documented around the facility because the fall inside the pool room and in my personal suite wasn’t working or connected. I really liked the modern bathroom and the modern yet comfortable suite in general.

I would say that the hot tub was not very hot and the Jets weren’t very powerful. I’d also assume that the water in the pool was clean, but it wasn’t as clean as it could be. You could definitely tell around where the water sits needed a scrubbing on the wall because some of the Dirt up around the lining where the water sits, which is typical in pools so just watch out for that. Double check with hotel staff that they are stocking up on the towels in the pool because when I went in there, there were no towels and the telephone in that room was not operational so I wasn’t able to get a hold of any front desk staff.

The room was spacious and very quiet.

The only issues were the following: We were on the 3rd floor. The hallway and the room were very hot when we arrived. The hallway was so hot I would start to sweat walking to my room ( I am in very good health and very good shape with muscular build so it wasn’t because I was fat). The carpet in the hallways is lifting making it hard to pull luggage along. It just needs to be stretched again it looks like. The bed was worn out. It sagged in the middle, time to change it out. The breakfast area is way too small. We had to stand against the wall to eat until a table was free.

Front end staff were newly trained on a computer system and were doing their best to get me booked in and checked out as best they could. Very professional and accommodating.

Breakfast buffet had many items and a very good selection of food choices. However most ‘hot’ food items were not hot at all. Actually barely warm. This is a big red flag. Proper temperatures were not adhered to and fast action needs to be taken before someone gets sick from food not being properly warmed to health regulations. ie. Pork sausages were barely warm and did not taste very good at all. My wife and I just left them uneaten. Proper temperature settings are important and need to be strictly followed.

Very welcoming staff and each staff we met anywhere always said hello and asked if everything was ok..

The only negative was The hallway was really hot no air exchange . But once in our room it was lovely. We had a king room it had a sliding door to separate living/ kitchen area from the bedroom which was really nice. Bathroom was really nice . Shower was awesome . Restaurant was great food was awesome and our waiter was very friendly . Our breakfast was included and we definitely enjoyed all the choices.it was great.

The facility was clean and nicely decorated for the holidays. The staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating. The evening restaurant had great food and had plenty of happy hour deals on food as well as drinks. We had to extend our stay due to a snow storm and the process was painless.

The restaurants are only open from 630-2 & then after 4 pm. So between 2-4pm.. There is nothing to eat. The vending machines on the floors were all out of order as well. Also, my bed was broken, and there was a slope in the middle. We rolled into the middle of the bed and practically had to sleep on top of each other.

Clean and cozy room, with an especially comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent as well. The quiet surroundings were a plus, and the place was easy to spot even from a distance. Uber drivers also had no trouble finding it, making transportation hassle-free. The internet speed was fast, and I was very satisfied with the pool, hot tub, and sauna.

We were surprised to find there was no shampoo or conditioner in our room, but it turned out to be a mistake, and it was promptly taken care of.

The staff were incredible and so accommodating. Such a great place!! And really nice too! They were super attentive! I had an issue with the A/C and it was addressed within 30 minutes and of course it was the “user” lol. But they were great!

Wish the bedding was a bit warmer. But I didn’t ask for extra blankets which I’m sure they would have offered. Wish there was a bit more variety in the breakfast, however it was absolutely delicious!
