Super friendly and helpful staff! Clean! Punctual with all things! Great swim great sleep!

The front desk clerk on Sunday morning forgot to add the second key card to our extended stay so when we left the pool we had to walk around the property towards the front to get it corrected and she still didn’t manage to fix it but one key card worked so it was okay. The Sunday morning kitchen lady was very rude so we avoided her at all costs. She made the breakfast lounge feel super rushed even around 9am. She must have had a bad day but please do not take it out on the customers.

Two very accommodating staffers (Qwin & Cortney??) went well beyond their jobs to help me get distilled water for my CPAP (Cortney???) and to set me up for 3:30 am airport transportation (Qwin) and to help me locate dinner and guide me as I was walking in the heat (Qwin). She was following up if I did not return promptly because of the heat.

I did not have cell phone connectivity but was too tired to deal with it. Also, I was not informed in advance of the extra cost to get to the airport at 3:3- to 4:00 am but it was shared costs and mine was $50, a reasonable cost.

Not charge my card. I paid for my room with booking/affirm on July 2, 2025 and you all charged my card for the same room on July 5 which was only for holding. Please refund my money to my card. Thanks

Easy to find off the highway. Extremely clean room and amenities. The beds were so comfortable. I used the laundry to wash my son’s basketball uniform and the laundry room was even spotless. I was impressed with the level of cleanliness and obvious care that was take at this hotel.

Breakfast ended too early on Saturday morning. It ends at 10, we got there at 9:30. All the food was practically gone and nothing was restocked.

Very close to the IAH Airport, with easy access from the highway. Free parking. Nice big rooms and a they serve a nice selfservice breakfast.

Could be improved...

Proximity to freeway noise. Front desk hostess was asked if there were any rooms available away from the freeway noise. I was told none were available? Perhaps, but the parking lot appeared to be only moderately occupied? I believe there were additional rooms available on a Monday night. My room couldn't have been any closer to the freeway!

It’s close to the interstate and local cuisine

It’s absolutely a disaster as I, as well others I witnessed, almost got into accidents trying to turn into the parking as well as leave. Just not safe.

This was a last minute stay when our flight home was canceled. The staff managed adjoining rooms for our group, rooms were clean, and breakfast was hot and ready on time! Made the inconvenience of an extra night in Houston a relief.

The front desk was super nice she also let me check in early the room was clean and nice didn’t have any problems the housekeeping was excellent and friendly will be back soon

They accommodated my early arrival. Were very friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and felt very safe.
