Close to the Airport just 20 minutes, security from outsiders as the main door have key access. Host was very nice and friendly and he has his own grocery store trore just 50mts away from this property, lady manager/owner was super friendly and welcoming , many restaurants and pubs are at walking distance (800mts) Smart TV with many local and international channels, super cool AC, mini fridge inside room, laundry is self service (20-30baht), hot water for shower, complimentary 2 water bottles, along with two sachets of coffee and toilet tissues provided everyday Big aeroplanes Jumbos flying from the top with loud sound feels fantastic and i like it coz i like aviation ❤️❤️ In short i love this place and definitely will come back again ❤️ ❤️ highly Recommended 👍🏻

1. The auntie who takes care of the accommodation is very hospitable 2. Convenient to find food near the accommodation and very delicious 3. The night is quiet and there is no noise from other rooms, which is very good 4. The internet TV system in the room makes me happy to log-in and watch youtube by my sign in my account but I forgot to log out from the system 5. Check-out is convenient because there is an auntie standing by downstairs at all times and when I have the opportunity, I will definitely go back and stay here again

1. The key is old and difficult to unlock for the second floor, corner room 2. The edge of the toilet should be urgently inspected for repairs because it wobbles while when I sitting always 3. Unfortunately, I made a late decision the next day so I was only able to stay one night only

The hotel is a 15min drive from the airport and you can get a nice deal via the owner for a ride (less than Grab). There are some restaurants and grocery stores nearby, it's more residential area. Communication worked nicely via translator. The room is basic, clean, ok beds. There is AC, free water, fridge.

No curtain for the window in the area where the sink is. Sink was in separate space from toilet/shower. But there was a curtain separating the sink area from beds (door for the toilet/shower room). The sink's pipe was leaking, there was a bucket under - I had to create a line down to the bucket to stop hearing the dripping sound. Bring your own soap.

The place is really nice. There was juste what we need in the room (thanks for the little coffee). We spend one night juste before leaving to the airport at 4 AM. No problem for the host, it was really easy to make the chek-out (and the checkin as well). In addition, the host call a taxi for us the night before, for going to the airport : Price OK and it was a kind driver. Around, there is local place for eating, and supermarket if you need.

There is'nt any view from the room, juste a little window : but we don't need it !

Very quiet road though right on the flight path of the airport. I only ever stay for one night when arriving or leaving the country. The woman who runs the place is very friendly and always sorts me out with a cheap taxi to the airport. Room number is the best in the house if you can reserve it.

They were very accomidating. I came in at 1 am after a late flight and had no issues. They made sure my key was waiting. I also had to check out late as I had a flight in the evening, and they kindly allowed me to stay and arranged my transportation to the airport, which ended up being cheaper than booking through grab. It was quiet, clean, and close to the airport. Excellent value for the price.

The hotel front is small. So small you might walk pass it but the building is deep. The location on Google Map missed the place for 200 meters or so. Please use the map from Booking.com The room is good for the price and suitable for a night before your flight. If you have large luggage, you won't have space to really unpack. There is a changing area (kinda balcony) between the bedroom and the bathroom but there is no window and the neighboring building can see you. So, be aware of that when you change. The TV has many international channels and the WiFi is good. For the price, it is excellent. There are a few tiny parking spaces. I am not sure there will always be available at busy times. Anyway, for the price, I think it is excellent. I will book again for sure.

The hotel sign should be a bit larger. The location on Google Maps is wrong. Also, parking space is a bit too tight.

Very good amenities. Stable and fast wifi. Hot shower working well. Staff are well accommodating and give instructions clearly.

Imho, I didn't sleep well due to the noise of airplanes passing by. It is quite understandable since the location is very near the airport. Just a recommendation, maybe soundproofing the room would make the stays perfect!

For the price this place was really good. Clean room, very comfortable, decent bed, room small but not tiny. The location probably isn't for everyone but I really enjoyed being in a local area without other tourists. I only stayed over night to catch my morning flight but I wouldn't have minded staying an extra day or two and experience the local Bangkok lifestyle. Walk 5-10 minutes onto the main road and you'll find some lively bars filled with locals, not another farang in sight. The advertised balcony wasn't really a balcony it was more an open walkway, but if you fancy a cheeky smoke then it's perfectly adequate. Some people may not like the planes going over every 3 minutes (it sounds like they're heading directly for your hotel, a bit unnerving) but I'm an aviation freak so this was an added bonus for me. About 10 minutes taxi ride to the airport, hotel staff arranged it for me and it cost 150 baht.

Bathroom could do with a refurb, but it was absolutely fine. No real complaints.

Good location and decent value for the price. The woman who runs the place is friendly and very helpful, she got me a cheap cab ride to the airport. Shops and food outlets near by.

It's on the flight path so not recommended if you get upset by noise of the aircraft every few minutes.
