I was on an early flight and arrived at the hotel before 11am and got a room straight away which was amazing. The staff were lovely, really helpful. I had a cocktail from the hotel bar, it was made fresh & was really nice. The breakfast was amazing, freshly made omelettes/ pancakes/ fruit/ breads / coffee, all delicious.

The solo rooms were in a building across the road from the main hotel with no reception. As a solo female traveller, one evening a man was hanging around the door of the solo building. I was nervous to go past him into the building so waited until I seen him go inside.

Hotel is new, 4 stars, small swimming pool but not crowdie, anyway the nearest beach is 5 mins walking Good breakfast, fresh smoothies and mmmm Brut every morning Every day cleaning, nice preassure in the shower, ( shampoo and shower gel are good quality ), good choice of TV channels ( in German ,Spanish ,English, French languages), The nearest bust stop 437 is 3 mins away on the left ( Bus 35 to Palma ( 2 euros one way CASH ONLY! A2 to Airport ( every 30 mins, 5 euros) They have bicycle rental 7 euros per day BONUS: for 30 euros I was allowed to stay in tmy room until 18 :00 ( checkout is 12:00) ,nice ! Will be back defently! HAPPY STAYING and Don't forget to HAVE FUN!

in canteen the food is warm not hot I had a speaker outside my balcony ,which was playing music lowdly untill 1:00 am, but they turned it off when i asked and enjoyed my week with comfort, fair play to management

The hotel is modern and well maintained, the staff is excellent and very kind. The room has everything you need. The bed is comfortable.

Pillows could be better. There are no hooks in the shower to hang clothes or towels.

The hotel has nicely and contemporarily equipped. Lobby has a few sitting spaces, if you're waiting for a taxi or something. I had a single bed room with private bathroom and a surprisingly spacious balcony. The room isn't overly large, just enough space for one person. Bed is comfy, bathroom clean with sufficient amenities. There's also a small fridge, safe (for an extra fee, which I've never seen before) and a much appreciated AC. I recommend paying for the breakfast, even though I didn't exactly "love" it. There's plenty to choose from (eggs, bacon, sausages, baked goods, pancakes, fruits, sweet pastries, juice...), but I felt like something was missing, or the food was blend.

My room could've been bigger and also it was not so conveniently located in a different building than the main lobby and breakfast area.

The location was nice. One bus stop fron the airport, close to the beach, supermarker nearby. I like to stay in Can Pastilla when in Mallorca. It's vloženo to Palma, but far enough to have the summer resort vibe. The hotel is spotless clean and deapite being minimalistic, it offers enough comfort.

The receptionist didn't speak English. I asked him to speak English but he continued speaking in Spanish, only louder and slower. I was able to catch few words, but 60 % of things were lost in translation. I was also a bit disappointed to stay in the ground floor room. No view outside - but everyone at the swimming pool could see my balcony/mini terrace. Despite this, everything was really ok and I generally recommend this place. Just ask for a room in upper floors when booking your stay.

The location is great! Close to the airport and bus stop, so it was very comfortable to travel from and to airport. Very close to the beach (we didn't like that beach, but it's just our preferance). A lot of places to eat near the beach as well. Also a good location if you want to go to the shopping mall, it's very close by (although Uber is quite expensive for such short ride). The hotel is new, clean and modern. We liked the pool as well! Also we had the opportunity for late check out (for additional fee) which was very convenient. We couldn't hear airplanes at all so we had a good sleep.

The rooms are very small. They don't look so small in the pictures. It was ok for a short stay, but if we would stay for a week it would be very uncomfortable. Air conditioning was weak so it took long time to cool the room. The beds felt quite cheap as well. I think the price for the stay should be a bit lower to have good price/quality ratio :)

You see and hear the planes taking off and landing at palma, it can be quite loud between 7 AM and 11 PM We found a used razor in the shower. The hotel apologised for it.

Near a small beach and a new scenic walk/ cycle path or bus into Palma, no 35 bus goes to both the bus/ train station and the cathedral The staff were lovely and the hotel was very clean with pleasant balconies Watch the evening sun set at the beach a 5 minute walk away. There are also restaurants, bars and s supermarket there

Beds were hard and duvets thin. If you book through booking. com you have to pay extra otherwise no breakfast included. There was not a lot open serving breakfast in the area at that time but later entry of bars to eat or have a drink

Super clean room :) unfortunately I didn't try the breakfast nor the pool but they looked really good. close to the supermarket and the beach. Not so close to Palma city center, but by bus it takes around 30-35 minutes. Totally recommend if you want to have less of a touristy experience compared to Palma center. :)

Could hear the planes flying above, but it is expected given that it is 7 mins by car.

The hotel is located very close to the airport and in a quiet area with lots of restaurants. We arrived very late and were still able to eat outside. The room we got was very clean, renovated with a nice balcony. Breakfast for 14€ was superb.

I can only recommend our double room (14sqm) for not more than 1 night. I really don’t understand how such rooms are created at all as we couldn’t even open our small suitcases fully. The glass wall to the bathroom is also something I didn’t get but as I said for 1 night only was fine.
