Peach Tree Inn was great. It's a motel that's maintained well. We stayed in number 20. It had hardwood floor, a big tv, microwave, little fridge, table with chairs, and a good sized shower, no tub, and a nice king size bed. The ice machine was convenient and always full of ice. There were two outside chairs and little table to sit outside. All the cottage rooms have a covered parking spot. In the office they have coffee, pastries, bagels, cereal, and tangerines. Some days they had different things like chocolate covered pretzels, and big pieces of chocolate bark. There was always something to satisfy your sweet tooth. We had a great time there. The room was clean, and they provided daily housekeeping. They have a pool, but it was a too cold to go in it. This place is definitely worth checking out if you are in Fredericksburg. There is a really good Mexican restaurant right beside the motel. This is a very safe place to stay, and it's right near downtown area.

Stay here! For the price, you get your money’s worth. Attendant in the front office friendly, approachable. Got in our room, roomy, clean, cosy, great pressure on the shower head, I really enjoyed those showers, bed was comfy for us, A/C was comfortably cool, the kitchenette has plates, utensils, dish sponge and soap, iron & iron board, tv in the living room and bedroom in out Suite, sofa bed could be turned into a bed, peaceful backyard. Of course there is always room for improvement in any Hotel so I would suggest plug ins or air fresheners since our room smelled like cigarette, could have been because tenants next to us were smoking outside. And the decor, I saw some other suites were prettier and more feminine than the one I got but it is NOT a deal breaker. Would I come back? Yes!!!!!!!

They have me a huge upgrade and we're so friendly and the suite they gave us was perfect we could have happily lived there.

This part is a little awkward. Somehow I got charged twice and it took a long time and a lot of back and forth including me having to contact my credit card company to help resolve the issue. I can't hold this against them though because I'm certain it was a genuine error on their part and it got resolved and in every other way it was easily 1 of the best 2 places I have ever stayed at or booked in my life and I've booked a fair few

Lisa at the front desk was very welcoming and informative. The layout of the property was really nice and open. Very charming!

The only thing that could have been a little better was the dusty smell in my room. I opened the windows and left for a few hours and it was better. I'm also just sensitive to those things because I'm asthmatic. Its an older building so I dont think they did anything wrong, the room was clean and didnt appear to be physically dusty.. Maybe they can add a new filter to the AC unit or add a room purifier just for peace of mind in some units. Ill definitely be back!

I had a great stay small little cozy rooms, nice and quiet close to downtown and restaurants. The only problem I had was they sit open food out like the colorful rice krispies where flies and other bugs can land on, food should be covered up especially in these days and time you don't want anyone getting sick and trying to sue because everybody is looking for a quick dollar. The price for what you get was a little steep I spent $202 for one night in a room I took two steps from the front door to the back wall and bed. But in summarizing my stay was good great staff also.

The room was at the back of the property away from the main unit. The view was much better than facing Washington St. Every morning, afternoon, and evening there was some sort of wildlife (deer,birds,ducks,chickens, squirrels) right off our "porch". There are picnic tables and firepits available too. The room was a little dated but fully stocked and cleaned. Full size refrigerator, microwave, oven/ stovetop,coffeemaker. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic also.

The breakfast choices were slim but I knew that ahead of time.

Very nice location easy access to main street we were able to walk to the restaurant and shops. Staff was very nice and courteous if we stay again there may ask for a suite little bigger room, location was great

The room was okay the AC unit in the room when on had moldy smell when you entered; the coffee pot wasn't clean advised staff. The mattress was old need to be replaced overall. I would stay in a suite rather than a room the outlets were old nothing with 3 prongs had to use the bathroom out to plus extension cord..

This hotel was very nice. It's not fancy, but it was very comfortable and completely adequate for our needs. The weather was a bit windy & we had an issue with the Cable service for a few hours but we got it back on later in the day and it was fine thereafter. We reserved what we thought was just a room with a king sized bed but when we arrived we were actually given a suite which was really nice. It was nice to have a place to relax in the living area. The suite had a full kitchen which we did not use, but would be great if staying for a longer period of time. We had no complaints with the room and fully enjoyed our stay!

The hotel offers a continental breakfast but there is no place inside to eat so you have to take the food back to your room. We were there in February so the patio area was closed but it does look like they offer an outside eating area during the warmer months. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel so I can't speak for the quality of the breakfast but it looked good!

The property is historic in its age, but it has been renovated remarkably well and is very well maintained. The rooms have all the expected amenities, and the cabins have individual covered parking. The property is perfectly located in the community with excellent access to many outstanding restaurants and shopping stores. The staff were very cordial and courteous. The value of this stay was exceptional for the price. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, and I am very likely to stay there again. Also, the photos on their website are accurate and current representations of the property.

We absolutely love the location half a block from Main Street. We knew that we're going to be sightseeing and visiting the shops in the wineries and just needed a comfortable place to sleep and a secure area to park our vehicle. We did stay on the back cottage that was adjacent to a creek which was nice. We will use them again and request the same back cottages.
