Super friendly staff, excellent food, both for breakfast and in the evening. We also had a large, newly decorated room with a good, big enough bed.

Our bathroom had a very deep bad with a shower over, but no grips to help you securely climb in and out and also no non-slip mat. I was really worried I would slip.

Great location. Wonderful place to stop when on a cycling trip. I also liked the fact that the Abdij employs people with mild disabilities. They are doing a great job in terms of hospitality and socially.

There wasn't anything I disliked. Okay, perhaps.....i'm picky with my pillows and mattresses, but then again, I'm that princess with that pea...But no, I really enjoyed my stay.

Friendly staff. Car (and bike) chargers in car park. Good sized bedroom and en-suite. Good choice of items for breakfast. Convenient for a raft of cycle routes.

Mixed grill for dinner was a small helping but the large spare ribs my wife had made up for this.

Breakfast was superb no complaints. The meal I had in the evening was 10 out of 10. The location was easy to find and had good parking facilities. The staff were very helpful and very professional. The hotel was old and full of character Lovely place to visit.

Bed was very small but acceptable.

Travelling alone I cannot say if family or pet friendly rooms are suitable however I can confirm that for a person travelling alone this hotel has everything needed, it is clean and the staff go above and beyond to help you out. The breakfast is basic but nice. There is a nice bar/restaurant a 2 minute walk away with very friendly and welcoming locals All I all a very nice place to stay.

Great breakfast, beautiful exotic interior settings, clean, comfortable, friendly staff, value for money. Totally recommend it. The disadvantage would be the location. Taxi is the best way to go around however it is cheap. It takes 10 minutes by taxi to the Roermond center. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and quiet. The location itself is a tourist attraction; so pleasant to walk around and discover the rural area.

Bedroom was lovely and local to visiting family

No tea making equipment within bedroom..however available in hallway downstairs.

Very friendly, well provided breakfast good choice comfortable bed.

Room was very cold on arrival, as the weather was cold and damp the radiators could have been turned on earlier in the day to warm the room.

Personell es extremely flexible due to my booking very short in advance. Very kind to talk to them at the phone prior to my arrival. Breakfast offered everything you need.

Nice hotel and sure even better when the restaurant is open - I picked one of the few days it wasn't. Staff nice and very helpful and recommended a good local restaurant. Breakfast goo.
