Firstly Ismail was our host and he was totally amazing, from helping us with local tours and always on hand with a taxi, he made our stay so special and everything was so easy with his help. The riad is small but lovely, very homely and you felt like you had stepped into a true Moroccan villa. The breakfast was outstanding and the coffee even more so. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard daily. We opted to have dinner at the Riad on our first night and it was a delicious home cooked tagine, highly recommend those staying to try it! With it being so close to the airport transfers at less than 10 minutes.

Not the hotels fault but it can be a little noisy at times as it is on one of the main routes in but it didn’t bother us.

This value for money guest house is in a quiet part of town although some distance from restaurants etc. The rooms are simple but comfortable. The host could not be more friendly and helpful. The shower was very hot. The breakfast was fresh and the coffee machine served very good coffee. It's a great simple location for a brief stop on the way to the desert or mountains and the guest house can facilitate tours if needed.

There is no on site parking although we were urged to park on the road outside and there was a cctv camera to view the car. Breakfast was not as lavish as the huge ones set out in other riads. This was fine, but I felt that sharing an omelette seemed a little too minimal.

What makes this place a home is Asma. Asma is welcoming, caring and kind, she works hard, you can tell she loves this place like it was hers. She is a beautiful cook and a useful source for taxi drivers, things to do and places to see. She keeps this little gem beautifully, you really don't want to leave. Breakfast is exquisite, pool is great and the terraces and communal areas are cute. I will definitely be back for another stay in this beautiful, real moroccan home 🇲🇦 شكرًا لك

Great location and good value for money. Staff were personable, and breakfast was adequate in the morning. Staff were very helpful with car rentals and excursions. Excellent base for exploring the area, but a car was essential for us. Large rooms with a gorgeous balcony and view of the Atlas mountains.

The rooms could do with your own tea and coffee making facilities. The pool is literally a plunge pool in the shady part of the hotel, so there no loungers by the pool. The loungers they had, only 2, were on the roof and not out when we arrived. Breakfast became a little repetitive as the only change each day was the type of eggs or type of pastry. There is no bar.

We were on an eight day cycle tour of Morocco and we used this hotel for our first and last nights. Owner was very welcoming and let us leave our bike boxes for the week. The rooms are a good size and clean and tidy with functional bathrooms. It is a small property with an outside sitting area and a small plunge pool (cool as not in the sun all day but v refreshing). Breakfast was very good both times. Town centre about a 15 minute walk. Ideal location for the airport which is a ten minute taxi ride.

The host gave us a warm welcome and was incredibly caring, kind, and genuine. She even thoughtfully prepared a to-go breakfast for our early flight. I really enjoyed the little shared balcony—just relaxing and watching the skyline with the Atlas Mountains in the background

The place is clean and well-maintained. One suggestion would be to add window screens, as we kept the windows closed to avoid letting in mosquitoes or bugs, which limited air circulation.

Very friendly staff, the lady was very nice and helpful, and prepared great meals (both breakfast and dinner). Despite not having reserved dinner in advance, it was possible to still have a delicious meal prepared thanks to the staff's flexibility. Lots of parking available on the road.

It was quite a noisy road, so one can hear the cars and airplanes quite well, even with the windows closed (no planes at night though). The terrace was not very charming.

This was a great place for one night on the way to the desert. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was very good. The location is a little remote, but was a great restaurant within walking distance and we didn’t have any disturbance from planes or traffic. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked very nice and clean. The rooms were a good-size and very clean. It is a stylish place that felt very welcoming. Great value - would recommend.

Kozyhome is a beautiful, comfortable and welcoming guesthouse. Hussein is really friendly and helpful with arranging day trips out from Ouarzazate. We had a great room with lots of space and our own bathroom, aircon and balcony with cushions to chill out. The breakfast was great. Tea/coffee, juice, pancakes, croissants, egg, bread, honey , jam etc. There is also a lovely roof terrace & seating areas downstairs by the small pool. Great views out to the desert too. It is in a really convenient location for the airport, and about 25 minute walk to the Kasbah and 35 to the main square. We walked down & taxi'd back for 7 dirham per person.

The only downside was the road traffic noise. It is pretty constant though we did start to get used to it. There aren't any cafes in the immediate area but only just over 10 minutes walk to a few.

This place is as cosy as mentioned in the name! I don’t really understand why other tourists complained about the staff approach and the cleanliness! This place is SPOTLESS! The staff is truly friendly and welcoming, we met Hassain who also offered us some coffee in the morning, although we did not take the breakfast . The room was huge! The was more than enough space for luggage and to stretch our bodies after a long drive from Marrakesh. In addition, there was a cute private balcony. Parking was available on the street, very safe. This place is not noisy, however can’t be super quiet because it’s nearby the airport. Despite that, we both had a good sleep! Nothing woke us! Please don’t trust bad reviews
