Breakfast was excellent, coffee and food delicious. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location was great, close to the beach and restaurants in town.

We asked about local bus times but didn't get very helpful advice.

Location was perfect, close walk to beach front and restaurants near bye, hotel was perfect nicely decorated and spotless. Breakfast provided a great range of foods with vegetarian options. Bedroom had plenty of space and side balcony was a bonus, bed was comfortable and shower room was roomy. Staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble for them. Definitely a place to come to for a relaxing holiday.

Best hotel shower ever. Lovely modern room with air conditioning. Very comfortable bed. Good net and light excluding curtains. Tea and coffee facilities provided. Staff made towel sculptures for us every morning! Lovely staff.

Location on a road which was not busy when we were there in late October but would be in high summer. Most of the restaurants and shops were closed so very little choice to eat out. It would be noisy in high season with other guests coming and going because of the hard floors. Storage in the bathroom was one cubby hole in the wall of about 10” x 8” so not enough. There was literally nowhere to put the soap except in the shower.

Excellent location, hotel has recently been refurbished throughout and is very clean and modern, rooms lovely, great hairdryer (even a diffuser for us curly haired!), really good fresh breakfast, the best thing about the hotel is the staff all very helpful, friendly and very welcoming.

Possibly security chains on the inside of the rooms, not a problem for us but maybe for solo travellers.

Our stay at the Skala Hotel was unforgettable! It's a small but very cozy hotel, freshly renewed in a cool, contemporary style, with a wonderful reception room and a very welcoming staff (a big hug to Stelios, Aria, Alexandra and Zamira! ❤) The rooms are modern and extremely clean (they change towels every day...!!! Every day you find them in a different shape - snail, plane, house XD ) Breakfast is generous, with both a sweet and a savoury selection, and you can also choose from a menu (I still can't forget those pancakes... delicious!) The hotel is very close to the sea and the town center, so I can definitely confirm that it's the best choice for your holidays in Skala! :)

The staff were exceptional thank you Stelios (for your tips for the best places to visit and eat) Aria for your excellent hospitality and service at breakfast and Alesandra for the extra coffee pods! Thank you to our house keeper for the daily clean and towel creativity from crabs and crocodiles to a house and airplane on the day we left! The room was small but clean and functional with large comfy bed (2 singles pushed together) tv, fridge, fabulous power shower and tea and coffee making facilities

There was nothing we didn’t like but small improvements like a long mirror in the room, more variety of fresh fruit for breakfast and milk in the room for tea and coffee We knew our room view was not of the beach, and although it was not unpleasant (other properties ) if we were higher up we may have had a view of the sea

We booked this hotel as a night away whilst staying in Ketelios. The hotel was fantastic, we got an early check in, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for the beach and the main town. The rooms were modern, comfortable and spacious, we had a fantastic balcony where we could see the see and the gardens. The breakfast was excellent with plenty to choose from. I really would recommend this to everyone, we even got a parting gift from reception. :)

The location of the hotel, 100 m from the beach. Our room was quiet (facing the garden). The staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast tasty and with sufficient options. The balcony spacious enough. We managed to park right outside the hotel but there are only few places.

The refrigerator was full of water when we first opened it, not sure if it was turned off or not working properly. We hated the bathroom. The sink was minuscule and all the water from washing was all over the floor (different than in the photos). Difficult to get to the second floor with luggage as there was no elevator.

The location was perfect! Skala is a quiet town but has everything available within walking distance. The hotel was a short block away from the beach, has many tavernas around and supermarket to choose from. The hotel was recently refurbished and has modern facility. Room was cozy, size good enough. Air conditioning functioning well. Nice shower pressure. We had an issue with our badge key/electric fuse but it was sorted immediately by the team (they had to call the electrician out of hours). Parking—on the roadside but not a problem to find one. Breakfast was lovely, albeit has the same selection everyday. Delicious greek yogurt and fresh orange juice. You can order on the menu eggs/pancakes from the kitchen and they make good coffee too. Room was cleaned everyday (not as meticulous as expected). Linens changed every 3days and towels every other day. Staff were lovely! Helpful and made the stay pleasant. Will come back again.

Not a big of an issue but suggesting a rail hanger for clothes in the balcony? and a bigger rubbish bin in the room. more meticulous cleaning especially under the bed and countertop.

The location was brilliant, a few minute walk to the beach, cocktail bars and restaurants. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, tidy and stocked well. The bathroom especially nice, with a powerful shower. The breakfasts were enjoyable.

My only gripe would be a lack of a mirror in the room we were assigned. There was a small mirror in the bathroom but nothing in the main bedroom so it was difficult to do make up/hair/check outfit. However, I do know there were mirrors in other bedrooms as our friends told us. It was just unlucky for us!
