We stayed in a little bungalow in the ground with a beautiful shady terrace overlooking the countryside and sea. It was a studio room with a small bathroom. The kitchen was tiny but enough for a few days. We loved the terrace and the bed was large and comfortable. The grounds, buildings and plants were beautiful. Lakithra is a very pretty area and it's not far driving to the sandy beaches. A car is needed.

Very pleasant property with all the amenities one family needs for the perfect holiday… big pool, barbecue place, lots of shade, lovely hosts, great sea view from balcony. There are some nice beaches just 10 min drive away as well as main city for evening out and Lidl for groceries.

First of all: the view and architecture was amazing. There is a lot of greenery around and a field full of nice, comfortable hammocks. It feels like home, if home is Tuscany, and even if the pool was a bit further from our villa, it was really nice to get away from the buzz of the city. The pool is bigger than in the pictures, a very nice surprise. The staff also was very very helpful. Joana was always a call away and everyone was eager to help at all times. We wanted to check in early and we had the possibility to do so. The kitchenette was also very nice and well-equipped.

Impossible to access without a car. Also there were no pool towels, which would have been s very needed addition.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Theodora! Everything was even more than we expected — from the cleanliness of the villa to the beautiful surroundings and peaceful atmosphere. The amenities were excellent, and we felt very comfortable throughout our holiday. The only downside was the internet connection, which was quite weak during our stay. However, this didn’t take away from the overall experience. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a relaxing getaway!

Clean and ample of space! Looks just like all the photos. A whole living quarter- room had everything from knives and forks to frying pans to bowls to hair dryer and iron. They clean everyday and cleaned my breakfast pans (which I didn't expect them to) Area is quiet and close to the airport €15 taxi journey.. Walking distance is a small shop and a restaurant (within 5 mins).

WiFi was out for 2 days due to the wind, but was fine once fixed. Maybe a little more explanation as to what to do on the last day, as I had to text to find out what time I had to leave and where to leave the key

Apartment was very nice and clean with AC in both rooms. Cleaning service and change of towels everyday, we really appreciated it. View from upper terrace was beautiful especially in the evening hours. Pool was little bit far away from the apartment, in the second complex of apartments. Very good base location for visiting the island and its beautiful beaches.

In the shower, almost every night we felt small electricity burning our fingers which is not adequate and safe. We reported to the host lady but nothing changed. WIFI reception was bad.

The view was amazing! The gardens, the flowers, the pool...perfect! The room had everything you need. The distance from the sea is 10 minutes by car...but in the end it didn't matter as much. Joana was very helpful and nice. Thank you!

The distance to the sea is only covered by car but...in this way we could afford this amazing place! Being placed on the shore...it would be very expensive.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Theodora. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable, clean and very well equipped with everything one might need. It has a great,big terrace overlooking the sea. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. There is a big garden with a BBQ and a great pool. The location is also nice, quiet and close to some of the nicest beaches on the island. There is a market and a restaurant close by. Perfect place for a relaxing vacation.

Fantastic views, impeccably clean. The daily service was really appreciated. Our toddler loved the swimming pool. We had a car so it was only 10 minutes to Argostoli or to some lovely beaches. We ate locally some nights and also got take out. We especially enjoyed the local cafe, they were very friendly! I would recommend villa theodora and we look forward to returning.

The apartment was very clean and spacious and in excellent condition. The view from the balcony and the shared pool is superb. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The village is a short walk away. It is small and quiet, but has a bakers, small market, a bar and a couple of restaurants. It is about a 10 minute drive to the nearby beaches which are absolutely stunning. Overall, a great place to stay.

The kitchen facilities in the apartment are basic, and don’t include an oven.
