The hotel is absolutely stunning, could have just spent the whole holiday in the hotel and been quite happy! The breakfast is lovely, especially the bacon and pastries! They also make a stunning Pina Colada! Staff are really friendly and very helpful, special mention to Sergio, one of the waiters, such a kind and attentive member of staff.

The hotels location is about a 40min walk from the main Bay and there isnt much nearby but it only cost appx €10 in a taxi (avoid Ubers). Saying that it was nice to go to back to a quiet area at the end of the day. There's still some teething issues in terms of the running of the hotel, but nothing that ruined our trip and wouldn't stop me going back.

Nice vibe of the hotel in general, cute style and theme. The hotel rooms were clean and nice. Pool areas were maintained well. Staff were friendly. We ate at the restaurant one evening and the pizza was really nice. Overall, good value for money.

Could use some more surface space in the room, like the side tables as the phone and speakers take up most of the space. I'd say the breakfast isn't worth the additional price of €25pp. For example, the fruit at breakfast had a slightly strange chemically taste (especially the strawberries), and the scrambled eggs tasted like they were made with water.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and balcony’s. The pool area is so nice and relaxing. Unreal breakfast buffet that never ran out of anything even towards the buffet closing time. The only downside is the location- if you’re not willing to take taxis and want to stay in local area. The area has a few pubs but they are very quiet. We would just get taxis to Den Bossa when we were heading out (around 35-80€, depending on the time of night and if you can hail a taxi versus using uber which will make it more expensive). There are so many shops with unreal clothes for clubbing and pool parties within a 2 min walk from hotel plus supermarkets and small convenience shops. I would 100% recommend to stay here if you want to be able to chill in a peaceful quiet location following your taxi back from the clubs.

We loved our stay at Los Felices! The hotel feels modern, fun and clean and we loved the choices of two pools during the day. The pools are a great place to relax and recover after nights out and the food is great too. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming and a special thank you to Julio and Maria who allowed us to check-in early, this allowed us to make the most of our first day. If you stay at Los Felices, you also have access to the other hotels within the group which is great when you want a change of scenery. Would recommend!!

Between 7-9pm it’s difficult to get a taxi as the hotel is a little out of the way. However it’s a short walk to the ferry across to San Antonio where you can easily grab taxis, so not a major issue!

• Breakfast buffet is quite basic and could be improved. • Parking is €10/day (though street parking is usually available nearby). • No dinner service offered – would be great to have it. • A bit expensive, but still worth the price.

The hotel was absolutely perfect. From the staff and service to the decor and bedrooms everything with incredible. We stayed for 3 nights in a pool view room and wouldn’t change a thing. Taxis were easy to get and the locations was ideal. I would definitely also try the pizza restaurant at the hotel!

The only thing to be aware of was the price of drinks and food around the pool. It was on the pricey side but what do you expect from Ibiza!

I love all the concept group hotels & Los Felices didn't disappoint. Lovely staff, beautiful decor, good location on top of the other concept hotels. The 2 pools were great to choose between, I loved the future home & look forward to it's formal opening. We stayed in a junior suite which was a great size with a bar & balcony - we ate out locally but the buffet breakfast looked lovely we just chose not to spend 20 pp. Again a beautiful hotel I wouldn't stay with any other hotel group x

I'd stay again without question but the team are still doing snagging around the hotel - an opening party is June 29th so workmen were doing bits and jobs around the future home etc. Again it didn't affect my stay negatively just worth noting if you're picky

The hotel is amazing and beautiful. Our room was lovely with a fridge, coffee/tea station and a huge bathroom too. The whole hotel is beautiful and there was plenty of sun loungers daily (at the time of year we went anyway) drinks menu is great and the pool bars too. The pool menu was also great too with lots of choice (even though most of the stuff we wanted they didn't have) The cleaners so lovely and really looked after your rooms. There's a Bluetooth speaker in every room and the beds are comfy!

Would have loved a dressing table in the rooms instead of a giant sofa as it lacks storage massively for your toiletries and when you want to get ready to do your make up etc... The Pizza restaurant is great we loved it but some other items would have been great.

Gorgeous new hotel, super clean and smelt incredible. Two beautiful pools, loads of large loungers with poolside service with staff who were nice smiley and happy to help. Really good poolside music with a dj on some days too. You can walk from the hotel to the beach or to the small boat port where you can get the boat taxi across the bay for just 5 euros (last boat is before 9pm) Rooms were super clean and a great size and the bar was lovely for a pre drink or a night cap.

The food was nice and was ok for poolside but not incredible. We didn't try the restaurant food though.

The hotel vibe was fantastic, loved the design and decor, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was very good, close to bars and restaurants and the beach with San Antonio only a short taxi ride away. The bed was so comfortable, I wish I could have put the mattress in my suitcase to take home! I had booked a suite and on arrival was upgraded to a suite with a pool view which was a nice touch.

Service around the pool area was sometimes slow, it was hard to get the attention of the servers but some people may appreciate the non intrusive approach.
