There was attention to detail in every area. The room had a pleasant fragrance. The temperature was perfect without us having to touch any controls! The staff represented your company SO WELL. I truly felt a warm welcome by all staff. Honestly that was quite a surprise. The coffee and tea options were excellent. There was no area where it seemed your company tried to cut corners but still the price was very reasonable. It was just so pleasant in every way. Thank you! I hope your staff gets a raise!!!

Location and staff were very good. Beds and bathroom was clean. Breakfast was great the first morning but the next morning was not as good. Out of many things they had the day before. Still enough to get my day started.

Pool was closed, but not that big a deal being that the entire property was under renovations. Pretty sure it was a HAVE TO RENOVATE to remain in the Marriott family. Ants found their way into one of our bags that we keep our snacks in. Carpet in room needed a thorough vacuuming, as well as the public areas. Guessing they don’t bother since hotel is under renovations. We will not stay here if we are in the area again.

John, the front desk agent, was friendly, welcoming and professional. He quickly assisted me with resolving a reservation that I mistakenly booked for a different location. Breakfast was delicious. The beds were comfy and the pillows were fluffy & supportive.

There was a gap in the frame of my room door; I could see out into the hallway despite the door being closed and locked. That was my only concern. Other than this, my stay was wonderful.

I am so glad we chose to stay at the Fairfield Inn on our way to the beach. The staff could not have been nicer and our room was large and clean. We do not eat breakfast at hotels because it is usually a poor Choice of rather bad food. But, the Fairfield Inn had one of the best breakfasts we have had at a hotel. The area was very clean, the food was hot and plentiful, and the coffee tasted great. Also, the women preparing everything were so helpful and friendly. What a nice place to stay!

Location was excellent for us as it was only 5 min. from our VA. family. The breakfast selection was great & we enjoyed it

Just had a bit of an issue at breakfast one morning with the staff allowing an apparently indigent individual literally fill his backpack with enough food for several people, along with emptying the juice container using several coffee cups as well as filling several paper plates with bacon, eggs, etc. It is sad & I guess the Inn could be complimented on helping such persons but it was a distraction for those enjoying breakfast

Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and genuinely felt appreciated. Check in was super easy, and the lady helping us even made it a point to not say our room number out loud as there were other guests nearby which I thought was an amazing touch and made me feel even better. We got to our room and it was so spacious. The beds were beyond comfortable. Got up the next morning to a great breakfast in the lobby. It was nice to see the staff continually checking the food and making sure everything was coming out fresh. They were all super friendly and made getting up early worth it. Wish we had stayed longer to take advantage of the pool but all in all, great experience and we will definitely be back.

Paint was peeling in the bathrooms on all walls. Not sure if due to remodel or general moisture in the air.

Location was perfect and close to major roads that made getting around great. Breakfast was good and fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful to all my questions. The room was clean and comfortable. The mini gym was just what I needed to stick to my workout routine.

There is not much to say I didn't like. The only issue would be the allowance of smoking near the entrance. It would have been preferred to have a designated area away from the main entrance for the benefit of non-smokers and those with kids or breathing issues.

Breakfast was okay at 9 not much for what I could eat I had a bagel, eggs, banana and orange. I didn't eat sausage patty they didn't look done and I heard someone ask about the cheese they said was 2 days old so I steered clear but over great for the kids I seen on trip there.

There was a Marijuana smell that seem to linger on second for the whole time which made mother and I sinuses go crazy when we stepped out our rooms

The entry door on the side of the building was open and accessible to anyone. The sign near the door stated you needed your key but you didn't. Safety concern as that entry faced woods that looked like personal residence.

Kids loved the indoor pool area, i enjoyed having a desk in the room to answer emails and get work done. Beds were also very comfortable. Breakfast was different i liked the many options that were offered!

Nothing! For one night it was great!
