The room was spotless. The staff very friendly. They do have people living there. They were very courteous. May want to let people know ahead of time that others live there. Since Covid, I have seen this a few times. They seem to be stricter on the rules than other places at this location. I would stay again.

Breakfast advertised but did not have one. Requested first floor. Received a text saying they could accommodate it. When I got there it was not available. The staff member did everything she could but was just not available. Traveling with a pet first floor is much easier.

The hotel had a very nice smell throughout. The room was very clean and the AC was set to the perfect temperature

My room was on the 3rd floor and I could hear what sounded like kids or pets running back and forth late at night; between the hours of 11pm-1am. I stayed for two nights and both nights I had to put on headphones to tune out the loud noise so I could fall asleep.

Angel was so kind to us. She went above and beyond to make sure my family was comfortable during our stay. She honored all of our requests for extra blankets and pillows with a smile.

Location was great. Clean rooms. Front desk did a great job of maintaining privacy/security.

Parking was a hassle. Very full, over crowded. Also during my 3 day stay police showed up at least 3 times. Throughout the night random smells of smoke (not tobacco) would enter my room through vents. Also hallways reeked of same substance. Made for a horrible stay.

The room we were put into had a sofa not a sleeper sofa. But the host quickly moved us across the hall. Looks like someone switched out the sleeper and didn't update the system. It was late and we needed to get to sleep. We had 3 guests.

The hotel has great accommodations. Very clean, comfortable rooms. Security is on point . Love that every door is shut and you have to be registered in order to come in and out . No like other locations where the stairs door where left open for anyone to enter.

Dryers need to be replaced spend to much money and clothes still no dry

That when booking on booking .com it gave me the option to pay at hotel however it went ahead and took my payment prior to arriving and they were going to charge me again . They ended up almost double charging but caught it before the did .

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was very clesn.

Had a problem with someone calling complaining about noise coming from my room when I was sleeping. Security came and knocked on my door more than 3 times, waking me up.
