The first thing that catches our eyes is how clean and shiny their floor is! The room is decent, toilet is okay. You can fill your water bottle from the Coway water dispenser downstairs, hot or cold. The hotel is in the middle of the old town, near a mosque which is convenient for Muslims. There are many restaurants around here, has cozy cafe next to this hotel and also Amazon cafe which we love.

The aircond is slow to reduce the temperature of the whole room, maybe because of its position or something..but this issue is not that severe.

The place was very good for a one night stay. The room was a bit tight, but for one person, that is not a problem. Everything was clean and there were restaurants and shops nearby. They helped me organize my ferry ticket and organized transport to the pier. Free water and coffee were provided.

The room was a bit damp (bedsheets felt damp). Breakfast would have been nice. There were ants but not many. So it did not bother me much. A chill area would be nice, but overall, it was not a place to socialize or stay for a longer time.

The room is clean, the beds are comfy, location is near to Satun Mosque, on weekdays there is a night market nearby, 7 eleven only walking distance, food stalls are abundant, the staff is very helpful, free cold and hot drinking water AND coffee, peace and quiet place, nearby kids playground, parking available, very good value for money, safe because they lock the gates at night, convinient to go anywhere

Nothing at all

I arrived a bit earlier than expected and the staff allowed us to check in early because we were drenched due to rain. Unlucky for us, our trip was full of rain and cloudy season as it was typhoon season. You can get a discount if you buy drinks / meals from the next cafe.

The sink sometimes clogged

We stayed here to take a ferry the next morning to Langkawi, we arrived very late and the person at the reception was so nice and friendly and helped us to the room, she also organized a TukTuk for us to the harbor.

The room was a bit to small for us and you had to lift the suitcase over the bed to open it as there was no room to walk around the bed.

Ideal for overstay while traveling to phuket or Krabi ... Rooms are renovated . Though washroom are very small but ok for one night stay .. they have wifi connected TV so good for family with kids .. air conditioner were also new . B Near by hotels were available to get good food

Very good location, close to many restaurants and 7-11. Comfortable bed, good cleaning, helpful staff even though they don't speak English.

Only complaint was that the room had a musty smell, but after 2 nights I got used to it.

Originally booked the small double but it was very small so upgraded to the larger room. It was very quiet. It was central and we could walk around to everywhere we wanted to go. Hot and cold water dispenser. Satun was very friendly.

No tea option with the water dispenser.

Nothing really. We stayed at this place for convenience as we were due to travel to Kedah from Satun pier to move to Langkawi. There isn't much there but enoigh to get by for one night.
