I needed a place close to where I have a home under renovation so perfect for me otherwise it's a little out of the way. Staff are extremely attentive, facility super clean, modern and calm. Bed was super comfortable and wifi good enough.

There is only one very close restaurant - location is a bit strange but food quite good and only meters from hotel - but it closes early and then you are on your own ;) I would have loved a bath rather than just a shower, but bathroom in general very good so no real complaints. TV service is also perfectly adequate for a Japanese clientele but like in almost all hotels in Japan, it doesn't cater to a foreign clientele so bring your own viewing entertainment.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The rooms are brand-new and really comfortable with a beautiful interior design. The bed in particular is the most comfortable bed I have slept in in years. I also really like the fact that a big grocery store is right next the hotel. We bought a lot of nice local produce there and have breakfast with them in the common hall, which has lots of light and space. Overall one of the best hotels in Japan and for a reasonable price.

The room is super clean and modern, spacious and comfortable. Located right next to the road station, we could get a lot of souvenirs and locally produced goods.

Nothing really, but I think it would be better if they had a lock on the toilet, and a hook for a bath towel. Neither of them was a big problem for us though.

Rooms great, reception staff were outstanding and it has a breakfast bar seating area for your own breakfast with good coffee and tea provided

For a family of 3 we had to book 2 rooms as they would not allow booking one double bed room when plenty of space existed.

Friendly staff , one of the staff saw us unloading tons of luggages. The bring the cart over so we could bring it up our rooms easier . The hotel right next to a highway rest centre , lots of local produce and specialty items to buy. I think it opens early too. I love the bathroom mirror can be turned around. One of us can brush teeth, while the other do make up without fighting at the sink area for the mirror.

No breakfast .

Looked like a fairly new Hotel, very clean and spacious. Bed and pillows excellent, very comfortable and quiet nights sleep. Staff were very attentive, kind and helpful Well done:-) Nice clean kitchen to use and free coffee

No cooked food option and no breakfast option.

Nice modern hotel located on top of hill in the countryside accessible by car and bus and to nearby attractions so it’s great if you are driving but very difficult to get around by public transportation.

Beautiful hotel in completely unexpected place, very new, scenic location, staff amazing & room was awesome - lots of space, super comfortable beds & tall shower.
