I liked everything but I especially loved the Hot Bath and the systems and timings. It is the first time in my many travels that the Hot Bath was opened from 2:00 PM till 10:00AM which was perfect. In most other hotels the Hot Bath closes around 11:00PM so we have to rush back from dinner if we want to take a nice long bath. They also had a fantastic relaxation room for after your bath. You could literally fall asleep there in comfort. Breakfast too was good and the staff throughout the hotel were excellent. Location was the best. We stayed 3 nights but could have stayed more. Will go back for sure.

Minor thing but when staying for 3 nights I would have liked a different menu for breakfast as it was the same everyday. But no complaints as it was good.

We stayed because it's close to Sagano Romantic train station which we do the ride and some travel in Kyoto then took the train back to station and got the car drive to the hotel. So the location for the plan is really good. Staff is really good and helpful. The young lady at the counter can speak English very well. Building and all facilities are new and great. Breakfast is simple yet excellent. Also there's plenty of parking lot which charge you just little bit extra which is totally fine.

Actually there nothing I didn't like about this place. We loved this place so much even it's simple one. Only thing to make a remark is that it's the size of typical compact room for business. It fits us 2 people in one room very well but please don't expect to be big or fancy.

The place is half an hour away from Kyoto Prefecture however, it is the most beautiful place to stay. Away from hustle bustle, amidst the mountains and amazing scenery. I would highly recommend this place to anybody who's travelling for leisure. Bamboo forest is 10 mins away by train. I lived the spa and relaxation as well which is included in the stay.

Wonderful. Ai at reception was kind and helpful. I stayed here because I wanted to watch a football match at the stadium which is right next door. I didn't have a ticket and Ai and her colleague helped me get one using her colleagues membership card to book it on line. Ai speaks great English and answered all my questions. I was there at the peak of cherry blossom season and took a bus for 15 minutes from Kameoka to Nanatakigawa, a relatively unknown spot, which was wonderful. Kameoka is quiet with some great authentic restaurants (recommend Hatori) and only 20 minutes from Kyoto station. The onsen is perfect too. Highly recommend.

Just in front of the train station and car park is free. Small room but all well equipped. Their hot spring public bath and rock plate sauna was good way to refresh ourselves. The restaurant is nice. They have Washington machines too.

The room is small for two people with 3 luggages.

The location of the hotel is really close from the train station. It is the most convenient. The breakfast is excellent. The staffs who are working at the restaurant are kind. It's awesome.

The public bath closes too early. If it runs little longer, it would be great.

good location which is close to san-in lineKameoka.station,just 2 min walk. Breakfirst is included with both Japenese and westen style. public shower is provided, very clean. About 10 min' train to Saga arashiyama. supermarket AEON is just few min walk from the station. Good value for money,and definetely recomend

walking distance to train station. I choose this hotel as it is very close to embarkation point for Hozugawa river boat ride. Easy to catch the early morning slot.

Very convenient. Clean N cozy place. Next to the train station and a short walk to Hozugawa Boat Ride Pier. Easy access to torroko kameoka station, the place to board the sagano scenic railway train to Arashiyama.

Large public bath. Ideally for visiting Kyoto and Bamboo Forrest. Small Breakfast buffet was included.
