When you reach the hotel, its exterior can be very deceiving because it looks old and run-down. But when you go to your rooms, they are superb!! They are big and spacious, and the bathrooms are luxurious, with a jacuzzi! Everything was just perfect! It's a bit far from the centre, but it's a perfect getaway. I went there alone, and I felt very safe.

I think doing up the hotel's facade to make it look new would help. When I reached the hotel. there was no one at the reception, so I was left wondering what to do. Maybe placing instructions in the lobby to call #9 from the phone would be helpful.

Fun stay specifically for the s&m rooms! Typical love hotel experience, no contact with the staff (normally) and no room key unless you request it. It’s not that usual to stay for so long, but we wanted this room specifically. Great ameneties, a bubble bath in the bathroom and lots of ameneties in the bathroom. You can borrow a kareoke machine in your room which was a lot of fun. Also 2 free drinks are included.

The location is really bad. It’s in the outskirts of Kyoto, and is best reached by car. There is a bus but it rearly goes past. You can tell that this love hotel is meant for a drive in experience as there is no front door but you enter trough the garage. But the bad location doesn’t matter if you just want to stay in the room ;)

Surprisingly good vibes for a love hotel. Exceptional bathroom area. Convenient charging places, light customization etc. Good breakfast. A lot of space. Very quite and relaxing.

We had a really lovely time at Hotel Cuna. Staff were really friendly and helpful, as well as it feeling as private as possible. Breakfast is delivered contact-free to your room every morning. The only thing I would say is I recommend having a car to use to get to the city; The hotel is pretty far out from the centre, but there are tonnes of parking options if you drive in early in the morning. All in all, a really good value for money stay in a clean and private hotel!

The staff were so nice and accommodating and I knew the man could not understand me at all but he did try so hard to understand and we were able to communicate through google translate, there was a breakfast in the morning delivered to the room which I didnt realise was included that was nice and in terms of extras - you had a hot brush at your disposal for your hair, face masks, lotions, bubbles, loads of things! But please consider - you probably get all this because it is a love hotel, I didnt realise that until I got there but it was all good fun (I was staying alone so couldnt make use of the other more... tantalising facilities) if you get my drift

There was no room key, because it was a love hotel, but there was always someone to let me in. Also the location wasnt too great but you could get a bus back to Kyoto but I chose to walk which was quite invigorating, because the hotel was so cheap though, this didnt bother me.

The rooms, the big bath and the new experience that everything is controlled in your room via one computerboard ..

A nit far from the center. We needed a taxi in the night to bring us to the Kyoto station for a bus to the airport. There were no taxis available but the one of the staff brought us to the bus station what was very kind of him ..

Nice services and facilities. We arrived in Kyoto by night bus and requested an early morning check-in. They provided the room for us, and we appreciate their hospitality. Good choice for couples 😊

Location is far from the main attractions so you have to spend some time to get there.

Weird concept for Finnish couple, but very nice place, lot of space and own bathtub, lot of beaty products available.

You need to call to have the door opened and closed. The hotel is far away from the city center and there is only one bus line that runs once in an hour

Probably the best love hotel we stayed so far. Really large room with king size bed. Massage chair, large bath tub. 2 sinks for washing area.

The jet in the bathtub wasn't working :(

The host lady was very very nice and sweet, the room very confortable, spacious, nice breakfast. The hotel is a bit far from center but is well conected
