The gardens and the pool were amazing. There was a lot of effort put into maintaining them spot on! Great staff! The breakfast was good in a traditional way but the dishes from the restaurant menu were not so special.

The room was clean but there were some things we didn’t like there, like the old AC unit which had a big leak on the wall. Some missing wood frame on the wall that didn’t look ok for a 4 star hotel.

The hotel was really good. Exactly like in the pictures. Our apartment was spacious, the beds were comfortable. The gardens were also beautiful. The food in the restaurant was very good too compared to the other restaurants in the area.

After we checked in and got our room we noticed that the toilets were dirty even though the "Disinfected" ribbon was placed on them. The lady at the reception sent someone to clean but still managed to do a sloppy job. One can also notice that the bathrooms, although in good condition, were not renovated by professionals. The pool could also use a cleaning from time to time. There were some black pieces of mold or something in the water. Another thing that we didn't like, but has nothing to do with the hotel, is the resort. Once you step out of the hotel you see that Venus is in a state of neglect and disrepair.

Quiet place with a beautiful garden

In the reception the TV is very loud and because of that communication is difficult. The beach chairs are not free for the quests. You have to pay half a price. At the beach they asked us a different amount of what the receptionist told us. The beach has a building in construction on the back and is very noise. We had to find another places to stay more beautiful and quiet. The chairs cover are not clean and people who charge you for the chair do not give you receipt.

Exceeded all my expectations, the lush garden and inviting swimming pool created a perfect atmosphere for relaxation, gym allowed me to keep up with my fitness routine. What truly made my stay memorable was the friendly staff, always ready to assist with a smile. I highly recommend this resort.

The staff were excellent and always helpful and polite. The pool was lovely, the restaurant was good. The view from the balcony was nice. It was good to have a good TV with access to good channels, especially as we were there when the weather was not great.

This resort has an unique charm, probably because of its beautiful variety of trees and plants. The swimming pool is cleaned daily and it has a decent size for the capacity of the resort. The staff is very decent, friendly and helpful.

The garden is really nice, fresh air and you don’t feel the heat ; really nice pool and good reataurant

The room would need a drawer to place your clothes , otherwise it always looks messy

THE RESTAURANT, THE STAFF, THE POOL, THE GARDEN, ALL THE PLANTS, THE TERRACE IN OUR ROOM. THE FOOD WAS VERRY GOOD, THE POOL QUITE NICE, AND THE ROOM VERRY NICE.

MAYBE YOU COULD NOT HAVE A PAINTING IN THE ROOM OR AT LEAST NOT OF A DOG OR ANITHIG WITH EYES, IS CREEPY IN THE NIGHT, GIVES A BAD VIBE, MAYBE SOME PAINTING OF FLOWERS,NATURE OR SOMETHING THAT DONT REFFLECT A LIVING SOUL MIGHT BE BETTER. ALSO THE MASHED POTATOES WEREN'T FROM NATURAL POTATOES. THESE ARE THINGS THAT MIGHT BE JUST UPSETTING FOR ME.

The resort is really quiet, clean and nice, very green and very well equipped with everything you need for a short vacation. The staff is friendly and effective, the processes are simple and quick. The restaurant and bar are central to the resort and look very nice, the food is good. We enjoyed it a lot while there. It was a nice surprise, since our expectations were much lower.

Some of the dishes at the restaurant are not great (like pasta for eg.).

Decent conditions, not quite for a 4 starr accomodation. Staff was ok, pool was ok, clean water, nice garden, reasonable clean; restaurant food included many dishes from frozen products, quite expensive (except breakfest which was quite good and reach).
