Amazing experience, truly a 5* hotel in every sense. The hotel is in the centre of Hersonnissos, right next to the sea, so the view is very beautiful and you can reach multiple shops and bars on foot. The manager is extremely attentive and friendly, always checking on the guests' well-being and helping out with any questions. All the staff is very professional, they helped us book 2 trips so that we could enjoy visiting Crete without worries. The hotel is super clean and stylish, with some of the best food I've had in Greece, highly recommend booking the half-board option. The rooms are very comfortable. The beach is with little rocks, but well-mentained and the water is very clean. We also tried the spa services, and were pleasantly impressed. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a quiet, modern and stylish place in Crete.

Extremely nice and helpful staff and the manager who did his absolute best to help us when the late check out was not possible. Breakfast is really nice, good selection and extra plus for the oat milk.

Smoking in the outside area during the breakfast (totally okay outside the breakfast hours of course). It's not the best feeling when you eat your healthy breakfast and someone is smoking right in front of you. Hotel is located in a super busy area so it was a little loud at night (parties, people singing etc).

I really appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. Nikos, the hotel manager, was always there whenever we needed assistance, and we had some very interesting conversations. The team – Lara, Mark, El, the two Dimitris, and everyone else – always kept a keen eye on the guests and their needs. I highly recommend choosing the half-board option, as the food is delicious! The head chef is a local who truly knows his craft.

Absolutely everything was perfect. Buffet breakfast had so many choices, and the food is so fresh. We had dinner every night at the BLV Restaurant because the food was so delicious. All the staff at Vasia Boulevard are so polite and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and has the most stunning view of the beach. The location is good, close to all shops and restaurants.

A truly unforgettable stay at Vasia Boulevard I spent a few magical days at Vasia Boulevard with my girlfriend, and I can honestly say it was one of the most memorable experiences we’ve had. The location is simply perfect — our room opened to the sea, and every morning we woke up to breathtaking sunrises, while the evenings gifted us the most peaceful sunsets. Just a two-minute walk from our room and we were on one of the most beautiful beaches we’ve ever seen. A special mention must go to Nikos, the manager — such a wonderful person. He not only made us feel genuinely welcomed, but also took care of us in a very special way. He guided us to some hidden gems around the island and always made time to ensure we were enjoying ourselves. The breakfast each morning was generous and delicious — the perfect start to our days. The hotel’s restaurant became our favorite dining spot; their Greek salad was honestly the best we had on the island (and we tried quite a few!). The quality of the food throughout our stay was exceptional. Every single person working at Vasia Boulevard — from the reception to the breakfast team, restaurant staff, and housekeeping — was kind, attentive, and truly made us feel at home. Their warmth and hospitality added so much to the experience. Thanks to the hotel’s recommendations, we discovered a lovely local seafood place that was so good we went back twice — and we could have easily gone every night. Vasia Boulevard is more than just a hotel — it’s a place filled with beauty, care, and unforgettable moments. We can’t wait to return.

The hotel was located in the bustling heart of Hersonissos, accessible to everything in the area and a beach out front (although quite small and busy). We decided to stay here for a milestone birthday and the staff were VERY accommodating and hospitable. Nikos, the hotel operations manager and team ensured that we were happy and gave outstanding customer service throughout the duration of our 6-night stay! The rooms were clean, comfortable for two and well equipped with essentials and toiletries which was topped up with daily cleaning if needed. We had the half board package and it did not disappoint! The breakfast options were great however, the dinner options were even better with a lot of selection to choose from the A La Carte menu with huge portions which can feed two! I would say for a 5 star hotel, it was quite small (facilities such as the gym and pool) however, the impeccable service and attentiveness from all of the staff was beyond 5 star.

- We didn’t utilise the pool as it was quite small and the beanbag chairs could be updated to sun loungers for comfort. - Air con in the gym could have been cooler and the multi-station gym machine could have used some more oil.

Everything was brilliant, we really enjoyed our stay. Starting from initial check-in and check-out I can call it exceptional experience, and it was done by people there, hotel staff is amazing, special thanks and absolutely gratitude for our new friends Nikos, Dimitris and Manos, watch out, these are best people on the Island. Breakfast, rooms, dinners, everything was very nice, definitely worth staying in this hotel, right in the centre of Hersonissos, full of action but relaxed at the same time. 11/10, recommended.

This was our own fault, but we came for a relaxing babymoon and didn’t research the location enough and realised after arriving that it was a party destination. However, that didn’t really matter in the end, it was a great base and we hired a car easily and explored and on a evening, you couldn’t really hear the party strip in the room.
