WOW! The Hyatt House is amazing for lots of reasons. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Check in was smooth and friendly, and we immediately noticed how clean and beautifully maintained the hotel was. Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and had every comfort we could ask for. Peaceful and quiet at night. Breakfast was a treat, plenty of delicious options. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, memorable getaway.

Location was good, parking was good, breakfast is always good, bed was comfortable. I also like that checkout is 12pm, gives you plenty of time.

I wish they had ice machines on the floors, the only ice machine is in the laundry room, make sure you take a bucket or bag with you, the refridgerator in the room has and ice maker but it takes time to make ice and the first batch is not good so you have to throw it out and wait for more. I think this hotel is great if your doing like a week long stay for vacation and such.

Highly recommend. The room is very comfortable, bed was perfect, bathroom squeaky clean, gym and pool areas are great! Everything 10/10. The free shuttle service was an incredible perk. Breakfast ok. Healthier options would add a plus but honestly I can’t complain and would recommend this place to anybody.

I would only mention the breakfast. But it wasn’t too bad, all in all I had a 10/10 experience.

Location was close to everything I needed because we were there for a basketball tournament at the Mountain Arena. I liked that there was a kitchen but it didn’t have an oven which we could have used to make frozen pizzas to save money on meals. I liked that there was a desk and two separate beds but both beds were a bit lumpy.

We found two small cockroaches (or beetles) in the room. One at the window near the baseboard and another in the bathroom on the towels. The complimentary wifi was very slow. We had three people in our room and one of them was taking a course over zoom. When he was on zoom we could not use the wifi or else the speed was not fast enough. If two of us were streaming shows the other one could not.

The proximity to REI and Walmart was great as I was prepared to head south for some canyon country adventuring. The room was super spacious and clean, and the bed very comfy. The staff was super nice and the breakfast very enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again! Seemed to be in a quiet part of town, even though it was next to the road.

The air con was loud so I turned that off.

Everything was good.

I asked for a room with a bath tub... I was told they could accommodate and when we checked in they said they had no more rooms that I reserved and paid for and put us in a handicap room where everything was low to the ground. We asked to get moved to a regular room with a tub and they changed us to another handicap room that was smaller.

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The General Manager, Corey was exceptional and very hands on. My partner and I appreciate his prompt and personable assistance. Allyson and Shannon, at the front desk were very kind and offered us many activities in the area to enjoy. They were both very knowledgeable. The property was extremely clean, the rooms were really comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and had a variety of choices to eat. The omelette bar was an added treat.

Very relaxing property. The room/suite was so nice. Loved having the kitchen! Bed and pillows were very comfortable! Covered patio area was so relaxing. Breakfast was good.

I thought that the property would be non-smoking but I guess it’s just the rooms. There was always someone smoking when we went to our car and also around the covered patio area.

This facility was exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms spacious and clean and comfortable. The only improvement I could see necessary was a USB charger…but I should have bought my own 🙃… lovely breakfast.. sunny patio… superb gym..

Very clean, newer hotel. Breakfast was good, with an omelette bar. Swimming pool and hot tub were nice.

Bathroom in one bedroom suite was in the bedroom, which was inconvenient for the person sleeping on the pull out sofa in the living room.
