It was clean and quiet, has a fridge, free breakfast and indoor pool (which we unfortunately didn't have enough time to use). Staff were so sweet and friendly specially the cafeteria lady.

No bathtub, non-slip shower is available. Missing a Keurig and microwave (a hot water brewing station is available) breakfast ends at 10am. TV was fixed to the counter could not move back a little so not much room for our things (it would be nice if it was attached to the wall, would give more tabletop room to the guests). Only one elevator which is a problem when personnel are using it to do housekeeping.

Always top notch service from staff and always clean and comfortable. You can tell alot about a place simply by observation- When you have the same employees greeting you that you saw 3 years ago when you stayed for the first time it tells you that the hotel values its employees and their customers...especially in an industry where it is extremely demanding, stressful and has a high turnover rate of employees. I have always stayed here when in town visiting family, and i will continue to do so. Great seeing you again, Ola, and thank you for going above and beyond and beyond as you always do.

Breakfast was okay, better than just muffin, thanks for the sausage and bacon-eggs. :-) The friendliness of the staff was impeccable. Loved your updates in the carpet in room and hallways, makes for a fresher look and smell. Loved that it was a smoke free environment. I was very comfortable.

The room was perfect for an overnight stay with my daughter for her soccer tournament. We had our space and were even able to come back after her first game (to dry out from the rain!) and use the room before checkout. We didn't even have to pay extra for the checkout time. It was incredibly convenient. The breakfast was top notch!

I wish I could have stayed an extra night! We had a long drive home but needed to get back to pack for a surprise trip for my daughter the following week.

Our 9 year old scraped his knee while in town when we got back to the main desk asked if they had a bandaid and the guy pulled a kit out said help yourself take couple extra even though accident didn't even happen on the property. Breakfast staff was very friendly.

Pool water was a little chilli for being inside but not a deal breaker

It was near everything we needed, staff were friendly, free water bottles as often as you needed, room was nice and comfortable

Only thing I’d say is that our fridge wasn’t cleaned out. There was the previous guests food leftovers in there which kinda smelled when we opened the fridge. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable

Although my overall experience was good and very good, if it were not for the very, very extremely low commode in the bathroom, I would stay again and again. But your toilet is extremely too close to the floor and that is not acceptable.

Customer service was exceptional, particularly at continental breakfast. The man running it was extremely polite to guests and clearly took pride in presentation and satisfaction.

Gym didn’t seem too sanitary. I washed down machine but could tell it hadn’t been done in a while

The location was near plenty of restaurants. The hotel was clean in appearance. The breakfast was decent. The young man in charge of this service was attentive to his guests and the food supply.

The shower on/off knob had some major issues. It was very hard to “catch” the knob in the correct spot to get the water temp bearable. We fiddled with it for five minutes before it worked correctly. Our room had a plastic bag over the smoke detector when we arrived. We reported it and it was immediately removed.

The staff was very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was pretty good with good choices in cereal and breads. The room was clean & comfortable.

I would have liked a plain or vanilla yogurt and some berries for breakfast but that's a minor complaint. I was surprised that the room wasn't cleaned at all after the first night but it didn't need it.
