Smell cigarette a little

Very clean in places where it mattered (linens, bathroom, floor). Mattress was relatively soft by Asian standards but still firm. If you're a Western then you know exactly what I mean. Rooms are quite large by Taiwanese standards with an extremely cold mini-fridge. AC works well and there's a standing fan in the room. Toilets have a bidet with heated water which is always a pleasure. Shower was hot, although pressure could be better. I stayed in room 113.

Poor soundproofing. Recommend wearing earplugs whens sleeping. The hotel is clearly an older building and could benefit from renovations but it's still perfectly comfortable.

The front desk staff is friendly. And fast response when we text or asking question. We book last minute and flight delay cause late arrival for check in, however the front desk staff is still working at midnight and welcome us. Budget hotel, location consider close to train station Taoyuan. Value with this price range.

The cleanlines if can improve further, then will be even better.
