The rooms are large, well appointed, and very clean. Even though our room faced the street, we didn't hear any street noise. The bathroom is large and very clean, with a very large shower. We really liked the location as well. You are in the heart of downtown, without being part of it. Lots of restaurants and bars just steps away. And the coffee machine in the room makes great coffee!

The shower floor is a bit slippery when wet, but fine once you are aware of it. They should add another towel hook so that travelers can hang towels to dry and reuse easily.

The hotel itself was lovely... very comfortable room and bed, nice shower, clean, nice view. I can't comment on the breakfast as we opted to keep it simple and just find a nearby place for coffee and croissants (which is just across the street). The location is ideal for Trois Riviere as the hotel is right on the main shopping street. There is a very nice gastropub a few doors away with great beers, drinks and food.

No parking but it didn't matter because street parking is free there and available close by,

The location was spectacular, and the front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was strong. Loved having a little fridge to keep drinks and leftovers cold.

I was stretching in my room and from the angle of being on the floor noticed it was a bit dusty in places. Not a big deal but something to note. Also there was no microwave, so I had to eat cold leftovers. Again, not a big deal, but if there's a fridge, then a small microwave to heat things up would be nice. And some tea bags as well as coffee pods would be an added bonus.

We were in a very spacious suite with a view of the St Lawrence River. The suite was very clean. The bed was very large and the mattress was very good. There was coffee and a fridge in the room. There were also plates available so that you can have breakfast. However, it is also possible to have breakfast in the neighbouring café. The reception was very friendly. We parked in the car park recommended by the hotel for a fee of $10 per day. We felt very comfortable.

Location is unbeatable and the beautiful architecture and history of this building are fascinating. The clean and modern rooms, comfy bed, little kitchenette and huge windows are inviting and feel luxurious.

No room service or pool or exercise room but really not needed when you have this wealth of culture, heritage and prime location at your finger tips.

The hotel is modern, clean and well maintained. The rooms are well appointed, with comfortable beds. Nice bathroom with a hand-held shower, always appreciated. The location was perfect for a one night stay. Close to all sorts of restaurants and cafes. The staff was wonderful, knowledgeable and responsive to our needs.

The location was great for easy walking around town. Modern decor and very clean room. The bathroom was exceptionally large and there was a very nice sitting area. The restaurant downstairs offered a nice variety for breakfast.

Having an outside room, we heard street noise and music from the restaurants nearby. If you are sensitive to noise, ask for an interior room. The bed was a little bit hard, but still very comfortable. It would have been nice to have a luggage rack instead of putting suitcases on the floor.

No parking in the hotel so we had to pay 10$ day for a parking that is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. It was a little loud being on the main street and the sound proofing is not great in the room

Great location. Easy to walk everywhere. Small room but well set up and super comfortable bed!! Air con also worked really well which was important given the heat! Very helpful staff and a lovely waffle breakfast. What not to like! Oh and easy parking in a lot the hotel have access to ( paid unfortunately, but seems the norm everywhere in Canada! Why not include in room rate!!)

Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, and great location.

We had a beautiful corner room with two walls of windows, which was beautiful but not very well sound proofed. Luckily the city seems to quiet down as of 10pm!
