Ocean House was a very nice place, a very spacious room, clean and with nice amenities. Their breakfast was the best among all the place I stayed at, with a lot of food varieties. Their staff, especially Primus and the lady at the breakfast were nice people and welcoming. The garden was also an added asset. Only one that that was a bit strange was that there were no slippers offered, but not a big deal, probably culture differences ( as I noticed that that was common in all places I stayed in Namibia). I would go back to Ocean House if I ever visit Swakopmund.

Very convenient location - the city center, but very quiet and almost on the ocean, very spacious room and bathroom. We really had a lot of space. The room has a decent-sized refrigerator, a kettle and a set of tea and coffee. Exit the room and enter the courtyard, very convenient. We arrived late in the evening and were kindly offered to make toasts for us, which were very tasty! In general, this is a great and inexpensive option for this city.We really liked it.

It is necessary to equip the rooms with adapters to European sockets and improve the quality of WI-FI.

Breakfast was definitely adequate - it is an economically run guest house which is great Very little wastage of food etc. Moses was the manager and you wouldn't find a more pleasant and helpful person than he was. He went out of his way to accommodate our requests in various areas, very hand on. He's an absolute gem of a person. The housekeepers were all very pleasant.

I think it could possibly due with heating in winter and cooling in summer.

This place exceeded my expectations! The price was really good, the breakfast was mouthwatering, the rooms where cozy with beautiful interior (elegant with a touch of homey). The location was excellent, just a stone throw from the sea. I could literally hear the waves from my room. It will definitely be at the top of my list of places to stay in Swakopmund, especially if I am going for a quick getaway, work, girls trip or even a trip with Hubby.

Clean spacious room and bathroom. Management Steven and staff Titus were friendly and extremely helpful. The room was too cold management, sorted it out. Management also arranged a spur of the moment city/township tour for me. Breakfast was a good spread I felt safe Will recommend it 👌 🇿🇦💖

The room was very cold. I really missed an aircon and electric blanket on the bed. The time for breakfast can be extended till 10am.

The room and bathroom is so spacious. Our room had a view of the ocean which was awesome to wake up to in the mornings. We also felt safe and secure. Moses was so friendly and kind, he made it a comfortable stay 😇

We would have liked to have a champagne breakfast for new year, and not the same breakfast we always have every other day🙂

The chef burned the omalette. I ate it but also told him to make it lighter, not burned. I stayed two nights, and my bedroom was not refreshed.

It was a beautiful location within easy walking distance of the centre of Swakopmund and less than 1 Km from the start of Parkrun.

There was nothing I did not like.
