I had a wonderful and comfortable stay at the Rama Trident, Katra. The hotel is located in the heart of the city which makes it very easy to visit spots like Jammu, Banganga, Mata Vaisnodevi which is ideal for the pilgrims and travelers. The hotel is family friendly. The moment I arrived with my family I was warmly greeted by Rohit Raj, the receptionist who ensured that our stay was comfortable . His exceptional customer service truly made a difference in our stay. The room has a good mountain view that was very refreshing every morning. The room was well maintained and equipped with all the necessities. The room service was prompt and efficient and the food served was delicious it had both varieties and quality. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Additionally the hotel provides taxi services which makes it more convenient for the guests to travel around. Overall, I had a great experience staying here and would highly recommend anyone visiting Katra for pilgrimage or just to explore the area then you can definitely stay here with your family or friends.

I loved the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the staff, especially Mr. Rohit Raj and his team, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The hotel's proximity to the Yatra Counter was incredibly convenient for our Vaishno Devi pilgrimage. The Punjabi food at their restaurant was authentic and delicious, a true treat after a long journey. Additionally, the Terrace View at night offered breathtaking sights of the holy Trikuta Mountains, creating a serene and spiritual ambiance. Everything about Hotel Rama Trident added immense value to our trip!

Honestly, there was nothing that I disliked about my stay at Hotel Rama Trident. Everything, from the warm hospitality and excellent services to the delicious food and stunning views, was perfect. It was a truly memorable experience!

To begin with, I really liked the warm staff at the property. As a traveller, that’s the first thing that I seek and was glad to receive one of the best hospitality. In addition to staff, food provided for breakfast and dinner including our 7 AM bed teas was great. From a location point of view, hotel is just 5-7 mins away from Railway station and around 10-12 mins away from Banganga. I was travelling with my parents and Rohit Raj being the super sweet manager, guided us with the best yatra means, shops nearby and even provided us with two complimentary drops - till Banganga and then till Railway station. Lastly, as we’d booked the triple sharing room, it complimented with my needs of having a double bed and a single bed perfectly. The room was big enough, clean and bedsheets were fresh and the view was breathtaking!

While everything was great about the property and the staff, one thing that I personally requested was for an additional round of washroom cleaning and Rohit was very sweetly obliged as well.

They say that first impressions are lasting impressions. My experience at this hotel began with a call from Mr. Dhar, the General Manager, who was humble and friendly. I'm grateful to the hotel for upgrading my room. Upon arrival, the staff greeted us warmly and were very polite. I was also impressed with the cleanliness; the rooms were immaculate, with no flaws to be found. In short, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this property to everyone. A lovely touch was the offer of 'Kahava,' a traditional hot beverage, which made me feel like I was truly in J&K.

The hotel is conveniently located in Katra close to the railway station and bus stand. The room was pretty neat and clean. The restaurant offered a reasonable variety of food. The staff were helpful. It’s good value for money.

The view from the room was not good. We were looking over the neighbors backyard. Through the corner we can see the front road. More variety in the breakfast would be good. Although we booked drop to Banganga along with the room, we didn’t get in time. The money was refunded.

Everything was so perfect and well assembled that it's hard to find or point out even a single mistake or fault. Without any doubt Rama Trident is one of my favourite hotel in Katra. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the front desk head Mr. ROHIT RAJ, he was very polite and helpful during our stay. Restaurant is neat and clean and well organized and food was fabulous. We really had a good time. Mr. ROHIT RAJ is such a warm personality and highly motivated and dedicated personality/ guide, highly recommandable I must say. Property was well maintained and easy to approach from near by Transportation mode. We had a gr8 time. Blessings to entire staff, keep it up.

The hotel is at a good location. The staff is really helpful and supportive. Food served is really nice. Without onion and garlic they are serving delicious food. Room service is good. We had a comfortable and wonderful stay.

My stay was good and comfortable enough. I will definitely visit the Hotel again as and when required.

Some approaching area in front of the hotel, I would suggest the Hotel authority to redesign the front area .

Stay was comfortable, food was also good. Front desk person were best, quick service.

The entrance is not appealing, the dhabas outside the hotel and parking space is not clean which makes the first look little disappointing. I would like to suggest to keep iron in rooms.
