The gentleman who checked us in was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Loved the warm cookies! Great advice on meal delivery. Equally as great was the gentleman doing breakfast the next morning. Kind, personable and concerned with customers stay. We had our dog, Jack, with us (a seasoned traveler) & everyone was kind to him as well. Facility clean & inviting room clean and cozy.

Can't say there was anything we didn't like. Location was great, near tons of shopping/eating options. Easy access on/off highway.

It was in a convenient location. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful. A good value.

There were some minor quality control issues. Lights that did not work, Tv that only got one channel without interference. Air conditioning that blew directly on the bed like a blast freezer. Trash cans that were not big enough for takeout containers. The hallway smelled like pest control and febreeze. Breakfast that was not closely monitored for refills.

Clean, somewhat easy process

Due to some sort of technical issue my booking was apparently showing “cancelled”. This did not cause an issue at check-in but however caused an issue in the middle of the night when an employee entered our room around 4am seemingly under the impression that the room was empty. Everyone was super nice and apologetic but it could’ve been much worse since we were basically asleep when a stranger entered our room! I didn’t love the $220+ price tag when it’s not in the most convenient location to downtown. But, it was a last minute booking so, I did what was necessary.

The breakfast was on point with several options, and plenty of space to eat and enjoy company at the same time. The young man and lady that worked the night we arrived were very friendly and knowledgeable of the area they are in. Great place!

The only complaint I would say if anything which is not a big deal to me anyways, is that the ice machine did not work on the level. So we just went down to the lower one and got ice, so like I said not a big deal to me. :)

We were greeted before walking in and then again when I approached the counter. We were quickly checked in and then told about the free hot cookies, popcorn, breakfast and the other amenities available at this location.

Wifi! The internet was down the entire time we were there which made it difficult to complete some time-sensitive tasks. Thankfully, our next stop was home where the internet worked well.

I love the room and that a family of 4 can comfortably stay in them.

It was my first time in Tuscaloosa and the property was in a good location and I loved everything about the property .

It was a small thing in which one of the treadmill was down and I didn’t see any disinfectant spray in the gym to wipe down the machine but it won’t affect my stay in the future.

Very spacious, clean, comfortable room and friendly staff. Free breakfast was fresh and hot, with more variety than comparably priced properties. Many nearby restaurants to choose from.

The location was not overly convenient from the interstate, and the streets leading in were not well lighted...very dark, in fact. Of course, this isn't the fault of this property, but a drawback nonetheless.
