Our host Ketut and his family did everything to make us enjoy our stay with them. They were there for our every single request and in any time. Our very special person there was lady Nyoman who took care of our meals and the property during our stay. Our baby boy was crying every time Nyoman was leaving the compound after bringing us food or something. The first night we left our boy with nanny to go out, Nyoman stayed there until late in the night with them just to make sure he will be ok. She is such a beautiful person and we even got a bit emotional when we were leaving. Ketut took us around to visit attractions and was holding our son every time we needed to leave him for a couple of minutes for the activities like swing, bath in temples, etc and our boy enjoyed staying with Ketut. He also arranged our Valentine’s day decorations that really exceeded all our expectations. I would recommend Villa Mesari to everyone who wants to enjoy Ubud and surrounding in a peaceful place at outskirt of Ubud, away from traffic and noise.

The place was amazing it’s very clean the staff there are so nice and friendly, they have a tasty breakfast and lunch with varieties of traditional and international food , the location of the place is in a green area which helps for giving the positive energy and amazing vibes , the owner of the place helped us in making amazing tours in Ubud with our amazing friend and best tour guide Agra I highly recommend anyone going to Ubud to enjoy the tours with Arga he is really friendly and nice and all information you want to know about Bali history and recommendations about good place you can trust him he is a very good man, really I was so lucky to book this place and they really made me and my friend happy and we enjoyed our stay , Thank you Nyoman Sari, Arga , and Koming for this amazing stay , your nice services, and friendly vibes , will see you soon again in other trip for sure

Nothing the property is amazing

Beautiful property - One of the most convenient when you travel with kids or with family. Very good pool, excellent outdoor kitchen with water filter (hot and cold), gas burner, utensils, big fridge etc.. Very spacious bathroom and bedroom - Big in size when compared to most standard hotel room sizes. Very good hot and cold water pressure. Very close and convenient to Ubud Market Area - Grab comes to this place and very easy to get one - Costs only 25000 to 35000 IDR to Ubud market area and only takes about 15-20 minutes if the traffic is not bad. Excellent breakfast - Loved the eggs and the juice servings, they even served us complimentary floating breakfast. Special thanks to Ayu for welcoming us wholeheartedly and for accommodating all our requests. Loved the additional touch of providing mosquito repellent creams and mosquito nets for the bed as well. Overall - One of the most convenient stays when it comes to visiting Ubud - easy to get a grab to go anywhere really, and a great value for money when it comes to private pool villas in Ubud.

Nothing major except a few things which is good to have: The Aircon could have been a more powerful one, considering the size of the room. Having TV inside the room helps a bit, especially while relaxing on the bed. The area where the villa is located is not the most convenient for walking as it is a narrow alley, however it was never a problem for us, as with Grab, you could literally get to Ubud market area with very less time and money.

The villa is located in a peaceful, small local village approximately 10mins drive to central Ubud (we used grab bikes and cars to get around). It was very clean, had large bedroom and bathroom (including shower and bath) spaces, a beautiful pool and tropical garden, sun loungers, a water machine, lovely and kind staff and great breakfast (thank you Koming!) During our stay we spotted a monkey on the roof, there’s fish in a pond and an outdoor shower too! All of which our 17 month old daughter enjoyed too. It was a great place to come back to after a trip into busy Ubud or out exploring in the surrounds. Unfortunately we accidently took the room key with us to our next place and the team helped us to get it back to them without any charge to us - thank you so much 🙏🏼 and apologies again!

We had a great 3 nights at Ubud Mesari, the staff were wonderful, very helpful and friendly and the villa is beautiful and comfortable. It rained for one of the days we were there but we still had a great day in the pool and relaxing within the compound and the lady even organised room service for us which we really appreciated. We were also able to organise a scooter with the villa to get into the centre of Ubud. There was a limited choice for breakfast which we didn't mind as we went into the town some days.

We had stayed in 2 other accomodations in ubud prior to this villa and they all had mold in the bathrooms and mildew smells and generally felt unclean but I’m so glad we found this place as it is by far the cleanest and most comfortable place we stayed at in ubud. The villa we stayed at was new. It smelt fresh and clean. Beds were comfortable. Pool was clean. Wifi worked perfectly. Water filter machine - this was very handy as we did not have to purchase bottle water throughout the stay. Breakfast was decent. Super friendly and helpful staff - easily contacted via WhatsApp for any questions and assistance. Offers laundry service for 35k per kg. Would stay here again.

Not really anything negative but just to note it’s 15 mins from restaurants and shops so you will need to get a grab/go jek if you don’t have a scooter.

Amazing Host, Mr.Ketut was always kind to our stay, Main thing as we are pure vegetarian, So Mr. Ketut took additional efforts & Prepared food that we liked, His wife prepared a delicious Breakfast. I would definitely recommend this property especially for Vegetarians as the host prepares delicious food. The second good thing about property is you can book a bike on rent very easily. Mr.ketut has connected with people who give bikes on rent & He didn't take any advance for booking just in checkout he collected money for the number. of days we used bikes. This means so much he trusts us. The property is located just 2KM away from the main Ubud market. I will again stay in this property if ever i come again to bali ❤️❤️

Nothing everything is great

The villa was so lovely. We had a huge room with a really comfy massive bed, sofa and desk. The bathroom was also massive with a lovely hot shower and all the toiletries you could need supplied. The little kitchen was fab as there was a water dispenser, kettle and hob for cooking if you wanted. There was also a fridge freezer which was great for chilled drinks by the pool. The pool was also lovely, though a little chilly for me, but perfect for cooling off while sunbathing on the loungers. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and one morning we had it floating, which was certainly a novel way to eat breakfast! Theres also a good food menu at very reasonable prices and you can just WhatsApp to order it to the room, which was perfect. The staff were so lovely and always very eager to help. They offered to clean the room daily and would leave beautiful offerings outside the room. They also quickly responded and resolved a problem for us. The location is a little way outside of Ubud town but we rented a bike so it was no issue. There’s also the option of grab if needed. The staff also offered us different tours so that option is there too. If you’re looking for a lovely peaceful and relaxing stay in Ubud then I can’t recommend this enough. We have been traveling for 6 months and this was our treat to ourselves and it was just wonderful.

We loved our stay at Ubud Mesari. This experience gave us the true taste of Bali. Our hosts and their staff were almost like family and everything they did or said oozed love and care. The owners (Ketut and Galu) were always super helpful, friendly and available to help us with anything. They are reliable and respond to requests quickly. They have their own list of dishes that can be ordered on Whatsapp too. And the food Galu cooks is phenomenal. You must try her vegetable soup with chicken - an authentic and tasty dish. If you want to explore Bali with a driver, I highly recommend Ketut. His excellent driving skills, good English and warm personality make him the perfect guide.

More natural light and better light bulbs in the villa. Look for a new ATV program provider.

Staff at the villa was very lovely and helpful. They were patient and answered every query and, assisted with every request. Villa was very clean with a sizable room and a big bathroom. Bed was big with a comfortable mattress. Bathroom has a hot water supply which gets really hot. They also provide filtered water at the villa. The included breakfast and Bali coffee was delicious and so was the food. The villa manager also sent through possible options for itineraries or day tours even before we arrived which was very thoughtful. The tour guide we had (Dwi) was excellent. Thank you to everyone at the villa for making our stay so wonderful.
