The grounds for this property are absolutely gorgeous. It really feels like an oasis, especially when you are in the pool surrounded by the lush forest. We had a lovely stay here, the only issue was that it was not clear that the living room is shared with two units. I would definitely consider coming back here again.

This is a private residence that the owners began to rent out, so it is not designed like a hotel. There isn't a full kitchen and the breakfast is rather basic as a result, so be aware that you don't have the option for room service.

We stayed for 10 nights with our 2-year-old and it was truly the best experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always available. They went out of their way to engage and spend time with our son—feeding fish and ducks with him, which made his stay extra special. Our room was immaculate, cleaned multiple times a day, and the fridge was restocked daily with complimentary drinks. On evenings when we ordered food in, the staff graciously received it and served it on proper plates for us. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a choice between Indonesian, Continental, and American options. The pool was large, clean, and perfect for a refreshing dip. We also enjoyed the on-site photo session and relaxing massages. The complimentary shuttle to Ubud was a fantastic perk, and we booked a couple of day trips to explore and enjoy Bali. With only four rooms (which are all very large and nicely decorated) on a vast, nature-surrounded property, it felt like a quiet, luxurious oasis right in the heart of Ubud. We couldn’t have asked for more. We had an amazing stay!

Dua Dari has elevated my expectations towards my future vacations, it was definitely one of the best and most special places I have ever visited. Huge and super well maintained territory drowning in lush green jungle, providing an escape from all hustle and bustle of Ubud. There you can really feel what real tranquility is. I also enjoyed a lot all the art objects in the property, from paintings to statues and woodworks, all looks amazing! The rooms are also huge and you get a lot of space. We had a massive living room + bedroom, big storage room, massive bathroom with shower outside. In the shower area you even have a little pond with goldfish swimming in there. And the highlight of our stay was people that work in this property, they really made us feel like home away from home providing top-notch service. Special thanks to Supri for all the help provided to us!

Location and common area surrounded by lush green trees, natural pond and sound of natural water running alongside property helps you relax and brings you close to nature.

Limited option for food, basically no options as we were told only limuted options Indonesian food available for dinner that too if I order before 8 PM. Had to use Grab/ Gojek during my stay of 2 nights.

The location is very nice. The stuff is so kind and helpful.

Very much humidity inside the property. The sheets were humid all the time. The two AC are not very well positioned and you cannot sleep with any of them on. The most annoying thing is that on booking it says that it has spa and gym but this is available free of charge (only gym is free of charge) on the other hotel of the group which is 20 minutes away of the property. Even if they have free shuttle until 6pm it’s not comfortable to travel to other hotel to have these activities. Near the villa is a very big river which makes a lot of noise. After a couple of days the sound becomes annoying. Also the main road is behind the two of the 4 villas.

Looking for an exceptional experience in Ubud,, look no further. Dua Dari is a hidden gem, only 4 rooms on the premise, a lot of privacy and outstanding service from the full team. As it is/was a private residence it is not a full fledged hotel with all the amenities and people (who needs that??) but offers the most exceptional garden, interior and exterior design. Dua Dari was the private residence of Architect/Designer Hadiprana, who also owns the Tanah Gajah Resort (free shuttle to the resort if you wish so). Also complimentory shuttle to Ubud, which is quite convenient. We stayed as a famliy of 6 in the main house for four nights, had some exceptional massages und really enjoyed also the afternoon tea. I have the feeling this gem will in its current setting not exist for very much longer. So take the chance as long as it still has this magical touch. Thank you to Supri and the whole team for taking so much good care of us!

Great, comfortable room with all amenities you'd expect. Decent location, short drive to Ubud centre (free shuttle available at certain times during the day). Beautiful surroundings. Big shout out to the staff, always attentive, polite and willing to help - they were quick to respond on WhatsApp whenever we had a need. Thank you Dua Dari team, you made our stay very pleasant!

Breakfast was okay and filling but could do with a few more options.

The tranquility is at another level. The staff members are amazing, kind and ready to help with your every need. The place is gorgeous, you will even see a monkey or two on the trees. Many geckos around too which tend to make noise at night but it's a nice and relaxed atmosphere all along. The pool is great, no one else used it while we were there. The bed!!!! I miss the bed already. It was brilliant. I rolled over several times and I still didn't get to the other side of it, that's how big it is.

We had a wonderful and unforgettable stay at Dua Dari with our 2 kids (5 and 8 years old). It was perfect place for us and the best residence within our 3 weeks stay on Bali. The place is very esthetic and authentic, peaceful and very beautiful. We wished we had spent few days more there. It is perfectly located in the nature with a river and beautiful rocks. We felt very comfortable. The Dua Dari team was great, very attentive and ready to help any time. The breakfast was perfect for us, very tasty nasi goreng and local fruits and the afternoon snacks were super delicious. Many thanks to the staff! You made our stay unforgettable! Polite and supportive staff, Supri was great, excellent breakfast, too good a view and outside features, Very good room and facilities, free trips to the centre and guidance. Big room with stylish bathroom, big fruit tray, OTT TV.

Free Minibar only had water and aerated drinks - not really qualify to be a 'bar'. Photoshoot was a ripoff - 1M Rupiah for 5 photos is too much, with not-so-good photos (Bali Swing costs only 650k with food and 80-100 photos). Common area is shared with another room.
