We booked overnight here for an early morning flight from Incheon T2 and this was a brilliant choice. The shuttle worked well, the spacious room (superior twin) was great and it was good value especially compared to hotel prices in Seoul. We took our own food and drink to enjoy the excellent views from our room window (which also kept the cost reasonable). The staff were very good and the amenities luxurious. Highly recommended to make your departure/arrival very smooth and comfortable!

There is a separate shuttle bus for each of the terminals and the first one in the morning for one of them had an incredibly long line well before departure time. So if you absolutely need to catch the first shuttle, start extra early. There was also a long wait for elevators in the morning. Due to it being so close to the airport, it seems like a very popular choice for flight crew as well as passengers leaving for the airport early. It also took us a little bit of time to figure out that you had to leave the (only) key in the slot for the lights to work. It’s a simple way to reduce energy costs that I can appreciate, but it can be a little inconvenient if you need to leave the room (and take the key) with another guest still in it.

We had a superior suite with three single beds and the room was huge. There was even a seating area. For the first time during our stay in South Korea we had reading lamps by the bed. The buffet for dinner wasn't exactly cheap, but it was worth. Wide selection and extremely helpful staff. One of us has an egg allergy and the staff was very helpful in selecting appropriate meals. Free shuttle bus to the airport. And a great view of the runway from the window, the departing planes didn't disturb us.

I stayed near Incheon Airport's Terminal 2, just 10 minutes away (about 6,000 won by taxi), and the room was spacious with a separate bathroom and shower, making it very convenient to use. I had a good rest, and the next morning, I took the hotel shuttle bus at 5 AM and arrived at the airport in no time. (The shuttle bus comes every 15 and 45 minutes. However, there are no buses between 5-6 PM and 12-1 pm, too.)

Shuttle bus and mini shop inside the hotel were very convenient. The hotel was clean.

It is difficult to explain, but the bathroom and the toilet do not have a proper door. There are separations but not a proper door, so the person using the toilet is essentially sitting in the same space as the person on the bed. As two friends sharing the room we found it beyond awkward.

Nice room, very comfy bed and pillows were nice feather (or down) pillows, super comfortable. Tiny convenience store in lobby supplied most my needs.

The shuttle bus frequency was not so great. According to posted bus schedule at airport the next bus would take an hour to arrive, so I took a taxi - 10min and 6.000 Won, so no big deal. Since they DO have a set schedule they should send the bus schedule, along with all the other emails since 99% of their guests reserving through Booking are coming from and going back to the airport. Nothing at all around, but if you are spending a night to catch a flight the next morning, who cares? The good pillow made up for that!

Conveniently located near Terminal 2 via timed shuttle buses (wait in arrival bay 4). I don’t mind the airplane noise and I love seeing planes take off and landing and they do have a dedicated garden in 3F Just to view that and hence it made sense to book this hotel. Nice smell and very clean upon arrival in lobby. There’s 24/7 convenience store as well for your essentials. We were upgraded in a suite and the room was clean with exception of few hair strands in the bathroom. Otherwise, it was such comfortable overnight stay before the next leg of flight and I am not sure why others were complaining of the breakfast whereas it was superb and lot of choices to typical continental breakfast to even local fares like congee and udon/rice noodles. I would definitely book this stay again next time i am in Incheon

Just be mindful, typically toothbrush and toothpaste is included for most Asian hotels but they did not have that so just heads up.

The staff member at the front desk was very courteous and had excellent customer service. Welcome drinks as part of the suite we booked was a welcomed surprise. The room suited our family of four well, with a modern bathroom in good shape (perhaps a recent renovation?). We appreciated the communication with the hotel to work out the most suitable room for our family before going ahead with the booking. The shuttle bus service helps a lot with commuting to the airport seamlessly, and we were glad we stayed so close because of the early flight out the next day.

Very small matters, like the curious layout of the floors in the L shape meant lifts aren't really that close but the upside is that we had a private room towards the end of the corridor way from the lift end. Even though we booked for 4 people in the room, only 3 sets of towels were provided however it was no issue for room service to bring an extra set up.

We loved our adjoining rooms with a large living area and separate bedrooms. They exceeded our expectations and I would consider them a very good value for the area. No airplane noise. The hotel was

Be aware that Incheon airport is huge. Terminal 2 is a 15 minute drive from terminal 1. If you have an early flight leaving from T1 you will need to order a taxi at the reception since the hotel shuttle service started too late for our 6:20am flight. Also, Incheon is more than an hour away from Seoul and taxis are not cheap - something to keep in mind if you plan an excursion to Seoul during your stay.
