I had a lovely stay at this hotel in Tbilisi. The room was well-equipped with everything you might need, including a small balcony. Breakfast was included—while the selection wasn’t huge, there was enough variety to find something for everyone. The location was great, just a short walk from the Old City and also close to the boulevard. The man at the reception was especially friendly, kind, and always willing to help. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again!

The manager went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, to organise taxis and tours, to help me with all my requests, and have breakfast early. The room was clean, had enough storage space, the bed was comfortable with four pillows (the variety of pillows was important for me), and the bathroom was super clean with free toiletries, bath robe, and slippers. The hotel is in the center near the park, close to the beach (5-10 min walk) and good restaurants. I would stay there again.

All was good. Strange thing was the window location - in a small alcove like in an appendix to the room.

Nice hotel in convenient location (very close to a nice park, sea, city center). Owner’s attitude is just fabulous. Mamuka was so friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good, always hot and cold choices, juice, watermelon, some sweets for coffee.

Actually it is not about hotel itself - weather was very humid, drizzly all the time.

We stayed at this hotel for one week and were quite impressed overall. The room was spacious and modern, providing plenty of comfort during our stay. It was clean, and pleasant. The hotel administration was friendly and helpful. Mamuka is the best. The location is very convenient, close to key attractions and amenities. Small balcony. Breakfast was tasty and satisfying, the quality of the food was good and enjoyable.

- Although they have mentioned free airport shuttle, not clarified that this is only from airport to hotel. - No tea/coffee in the room. But if you ask, they will give you tea from the breakfast buffet.

We run from Orbi city to this very good quality small hotel. Stuff is great, place is great 10 of 10. Comfort is 10 of 10. Good condicioner, good beds, good breakfast, good stuff, in Batumi is very hard to find something like Tsereteli. Almost all rooms are reserved because people know that this hotel is good. Best place to stay in Batumi.

The hotel stuff is very friendly and easy to communicate with. The room was exactly as described. The breakfast is decent but not too fancy. The location is good. It is not too central but quite near - 100 meters walking. There's not much to do at the hotel. If you're looking for hotel entertainment, keep looking. The hotel is quite, which was very important for us. Overall, we are very pleased and would definitely choose it again.

The room was very nice and clean. The manager was really helpful before and during my stay. Also, accepted my requests for early check-in and late check-out, which were very appreciated. I would definitely stay again!

Breakfast is the only thing that could be improved, but it is sufficient.

Hotel Tsereteli Palace is a nice hotel located not far away from Batumi centre. With its moderate prices, it is a nice place to stay in, if you like hotels. They offer buffet breakfasts, which are more european style than what you can get in apartments run by private owners. The hotel has got free parking.

We experienced water leaking from the ceiling during long rainy night, fortunately the water was not dripping on our heads (not above the bed), so we survived, especially that it was our last night in the hotel.
