The location was perfect–pretty much centre to almost everything, View was great but did not come cheap 😊 staff was ok

That they don't have anyone to assist with luggage and I find the receptionist was a bit hostile and didn't make any effort to help, especially when I booked a taxi through her, I did it because I expected some help but like she didn't care how I get to the pickup point which was not far but the pathway is not smooth either–on a normal circumstances I would do it myself but I still think they should have someone from their staff to assist people that need the help.

The view was spectacular, and the location was second to none. We had the best sunset view! The room was large and had every amenity that we needed. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast every morning. But what made our stay the best, and unforgettable, was Nic, our host. He went out of his way to help us if we needed it with reservations, contacting excursion people, etc. Nic is only 21 and works very hard in his family business…. … I E about 14 hours a day. He was available all day for his customers and willing to help whenever he could. He provided us with very accurate information about Santorini. Always had a smile on his face and a kind word. In short, Nic was the absolute best!

The day bed in our room had no mattress to speak of. The owners need to be sure that these beds are equipped with suitable mattresses.

After travelling all over the island, we decided, that this is the best location, best view and we made a right choice of the accommodation! Breakfast- super delicious, stuff - super friendly, location- there are 2 cafes next door, many souvenir shops in 2 min walking, great view from the villa, we just didn't need the restaurants to enjoy the sunsets! The best thing we liked - privacy! There are not many options that are hidden from the people, but this place - is! So we are very happy we choose this villa ❤️

This was an amazing little place to stay. Its a little outside Fira more Firastefani but fantastic location which we loved. The view from here was spectacular. Car parking is available nearby just a few minutes walk. Our room was very clean, powerful shower head, nice size bed and plenty of towels. Never really knew what was on the menu for breakfast as we had an delicious omelette every morning. Staff very nice and helpful. You can walk along the front pathway all the way to Fira and the opposite direction too. Just put your flats on or trainers as parts can be steep. Would highly recommend this little gem of a place that looks like the film set out of Mama Mia

The safe in the room was very low and too awkward to get in and out of. Air conditioning unit was noisy

The stay at Vallas was sublime - everything you can dream of in your heart for travel. The location is the best on the island and the accommodations are superb. What distinguishes the hotel is the hospitality. We were greeted by Despina at the desk and welcomed like returning family. She arranged taxis, restaurant reservations, and suggestions for visiting sites such as Akrotiri. Our accommodations were the best on the island: The Villa. My husband and I would laugh and ask each other, "Are we in heaven, did we die?" Vallas is the end all be all of hospitality and Despina would be welcome in our home if she ever traveled to the USA.

The hotel has one of the best views for the sunset, i really liked it. The rooms are really big too. I liked the lights and all the commodities. The breakfast was good.

The bathroom was kinda smelly, like. sewage smell from time to time. Also i didn't see anyone in reception at all. I had to call to know where was my assigned room and how to enter. Also for the check-out, i wanted to go to reception at the afternoon (3-4 pm) there was no one so i left the next day leaving the keys exactly how they give them. They need to add that information or message when booking the room.

We enjoyed our stay at Vallas apartments. The apartment is located at an excellent location in Firostefani, which, in our opinion, is the perfect area to stay in when visiting Santorini, as it is close to key attraction areas (approx 10-12mins walk to Fira city centre, a short walk to Imerovigli, and some driving distance to Oia). The apartment is located just by the edge of the caldera with breathtaking views of the sea and the beautiful white buildings that line Santorini's landscape. Breakfast was included in our apartment rates and comprised of bread, assortment of spreads, a hot drink, glass of orange juice, and your preferred type of egg. The breakfast was tasty and satisfying. The apartment has a cafe, which was a nice place to sit and enjoy some light meals while watching the hundreds of cruise tourists walk by. There is also a roof terrace with a great sit out setting with deck chairs and an outdoor jacuzzi, all overlooking the beautiful views that Santorini is known for. Our apartment was very spacious. It had a shower room, a kitchenette with a fridge, and a hob that was sufficient for preparing your own meals, and it was very comfortable. The staff were amazing, attentive, and polite, and they were always quick to respond to requests. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Vallas Apartments.

There was a smell coming from the sewers, which meant we had to keep the shower room window constantly open even at night.

Perfect location, excellent view, comfortable beds, very kind and helpfull owner.

The hosts Nick and Despina were very helpful and gave us information about where to go and what to do. The hotel has a small pool on the rooftop with a breathtaking view! Breakfast is basic : eggs, coffee, juice and cake. Location is in firostefani less than 5 mins walking from the bus stop and 15 mins walking to fira, with the beautiful streets. All the staff was very friendly.

There was a problem in our bathroom and it leaked water all over the floor and smelled bad. And our door handle was not stable. However they proceeded to fix them.

Everything! The villa itself it is amazing, very spacious, and perfect if you looking for relax; kitchen, terrace, swimming pool, indoors sofa, bath.. not to talk about the views! Just in front of the caldera, just perfect! The staff was really kind, welcoming and helpful. There is also a restaurant in the complex, with views facing the caldera. We enjoyed delicious breakfast (good variety and big amount !) and again the staff there were really nice. Everything was perfect to enjoy and relax for a few days. I would definitely go back :)
