The breakfast, which was included in the price, was very good. It was not a buffet as I expected. You were given a breakfast menu and chose anything on it. And, even though there were prices, it was all included. We asked for a late check out of another 4 hours and, for a small fee, they were fine with it.

I love the staff service since arrival. The place is nothing extraordinary but good enough to make you feel confortable. Not so crowd which I like, not so sure about the hotel thou. They have a bar / restaurant with good food and good drinks. They have a pool inside and the beach right next to it. Is not a great beach but it does the trick. I felt really good and well treated while in there. Overall a great experience!

The hotel is old, is well maintenance but is still old. Our A/C wasnt so good, umbrellas at the pool were rosty. Our room had a full kitchen but hardly any kitchen tools to cook at. Not even a beer tap remover.

Very close to Ocean World park, as well as a local beach across the street and a few local restaurants nearby. The restaurant on-site was very good, though not many people seem to know about it - great view, great food, had a late dinner on my first night, then came back the second night, just as good!

Not much to complain about here, I didn't get a printed receipt at check out, and Booking doesn't provide a receipt, so I had to contact the property, they promised to send it but didn't. Not a big deal, but if you do want a receipt, don't leave the office without it!

We were hoping for a good place to relax near the beach that offered great views and a good family atmosphere. Skylight definitely checked all the boxes. The staff was incredibly helpful, the restaurant on top of the roof offered a large selection of breakfast and dinner, the room was quiet and spacious, the water was hot, and the overall feel was really good. Located directly across the street and next to ocean world, this was a wonderful place to stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Nothing! We loved our stay

The manager was exceptionally helpful with a special request. Throughout he was professional and friendly. He turned a problem into a solution, for which we very thankful.

The door between the bedroom and the bathroom would not close all the way. The plumbing was sub-standard. Also, dinner was exceeding slow (in fact the longest wait I've ever experienced--in fact a couple of hours, and there was only one other table with guests). Also, it was not clear that we got exactly what we ordered.

Skylight hotel is located right on the beach and was very clean and comfortable. The suite we stayed in was beautiful and had a beach and poolside view. The pool was clean and refreshing. The staff was very friendly and helpful when looking for restaurants in the area to eat.

We couldnt figure out how to get the water just right in the showers - it was either very hot or very cold. I dont blame the hotel though, I should have asked them but to be honest, I didnt see it as a necessity.

The restaurant was nice but were out of many items during dinner time like coca cola, brownie a la mode without icecream yet you charge the same price for 1/2 the dessert.

I loved the condo, it was clean and the kitchen had all we needed. Areas of improvement, we are a family of 5 and there was only a 1 roll of toilet paper. We ran out after 9 PM and no staff to support. Also the unit was not equipped with a plunger. We had an issue with the toilet and again after 9 PM so no help. We went to the little store up the street but they did not sell one either. So we could not use the bathroom all night and had to use the bathroom either upstairs near the bar or the one by the pool. All could have been avoided if there was a plunger in the unit. Accidents happen, specially when traveling with children. Other than that little snag we really enjoyed our stay.

Everyone was so so nice! Food in the Restaurant was delicious. And very clean.

Had to figure out how to regulate the water to get it hot. It’s got a bladder less water tank close in the bathroom so you have to turn the water slowly to heat it up otherwise it stays cold because not enough time to heat it up before it comes out the faucet. Works off of flow!

Big rooms, great location, close to everything we were looking for. We had some issues with the hot water, but staff came and fixed the problem promptly. We had dinner in the restaurant that was really good. Overall this was great place to stay.

WiFi wasn’t accessible most of the time. But certainly not a deal breaker. I loved that breakfast was included, but the selection was very limited.

The staff was kind, respectful, helpful. The included breakfast was delicious , the room had very comfortable beds. AC only in the bedroom. The rest of the room was pretty warm. The room (suite) had a full size fridge and kitchen. Perfect for longer stays. Across the street was a wonderful beach and it was easy to walk around.
