Hotel is lovely. Great pools and well maintained. Looks like certain parts were renovated as well. All inclusive value was great! Right on the beach which has the best sunrise and sunsets! Rooms were perfect, modern and clean. The town nearby by a quick 5min taxi has all the shopping and beach fun.

Food could be better but it was still enjoyable. The paella is the best at lunch. There was not enough staff in the restaurants. We almost always were waiting for tables to be cleaned before we could sit and sometimes we cleaned them ourselves it took so long.

We are staying at this hotel for the second time with our family, and we really enjoy everything — delicious food, a great beach, friendly staff, and a fun entertainment program.

The only downside is that the sunbeds near the heated pool are taken early by guests, and then about 60% of them are just occupied by towels while the people are away. If the hotel could find a way to manage this, it would make the experience absolutely perfect.

Hotel is quite big and very clean. Food in restaurant is delicious. Evening shows super classy. It is situated on a lovely beach. We came here 2 years in a row and didn't disappoint. We feel like coming back which it never happens to us in general.

It is a really big complex, so it was very busy. We hated we had to pay to use the chairs and umbrellas at the beach, even as AI guests! €15 per day, its a bit too much! The pool was so busy that people had to put their towels to reserve chairs at 7am! Loads of people just stayed by the pool the whole day having drinks… this kind of place. The dinning room was super busy, you constantly crash with people in the buffet area. The type of customer there is also not the friendliest or polite!

The property is new and clean and really well landscaped. It location right next to the beach was ideal for us. Everything was very clean and the pool and sunbathing areas are really nice with plenty of space. We had a great family holiday with our six year old daughter. There is also a kids club that we used a little bit and they have a nightly kids disco

THe all inclusive is not all inclusive. The standard all inclusive gives the lower standard alcohol and only 2 cocktail choices. If you want all drinks included you have to pay to upgrade. The food is ok but could be better and this would push the hotel into a 10/10. There is one main restaurant and although there are plenty of options the meat cuts could be better quality and it can get very busy at dinner time

Lovely resort. Really beautiful. Right next to a beach, wonderful facilities. From prior reviews it wasn’t very clear what all inclusive included alcohol wise- for those wondering it does include spirits (vodka, rum, tequila, whiskey, baileys etc) but they are local ones vs branded. All quite nice and tasty- we personally had no issue with this. Brilliant place if you are with a baby/children- very family friendly. But also has adult only zones. Staff wise- majority are absolutely amazing at their job- really friendly, go over and above. Food is pretty good and available almost all day long. Some of it is quite repetitive but there is always something different to try also.

Room key stopped working several times- this was a bit annoying when reception is quite far away. 5% of the staff are quite rude/not friendly. It’s a shame as the rest are really amazing. The resort is set in a very hilly area. As long as you have a basic level of fitness you will be fine.

Arrived and the room. I literally just paid over £1000 for wasn't ready or available.

- Great for families, kids program and playground nice - Nice rooms - Clean swimming pools, one heated, surrounded by buildings, so comfy when the beach is very windy - Great choice of food - Parking options

- We travelled with a little kid and got a room in the first floor without an elevator, not great with the stroller - Access cards got constantly deactivated till a clerk told us not to put it close to the phone - why we haven’t been told if obviously we were nit the only guests with this issue? - Sometimes hard to find a clean table on a lunch or dinner in Food Market - Noise from evening program in close rooms (building 3D)

Beautiful resort, overlooking the Atlantic coast. A separate pool for children, and another 3 - various depths for adults. Jacuzzis, spa, gym , many bars and 2 main restaurants serving delicious food every day. Our room had a beautiful large balcony, and a huge double bed (requested instead of the twin beds and got approved within minutes) It was unexpected to receive a bottle or bubbles on my birthday, felt very special and sweet, definitely a thoughtful touch. Very helpful receptionists, and some of the bartenders/waiters were really friendly as well. About an hour drive from the airport

The pools, the beach, the food, the restaurant, the infrastructure of the hotel, the plants, the staff.

Poor options for food without gluten, almost no bread without gluten. There were ants in the bedroom (many) also in the bed. Smelly bathroom coming from the pipes. In the pool, broken umbrellas and sun loungers The Bravo staff only speaking in Italian and the shows were very improvised
