Amazing hotel with great staff. At the reception the staff speaks good English, which is very rare for this region. Amazing breakfast that is suitable for foreigners. The design of the hotel is amazing, everything is very beautiful and pleasing to the eye. A swimming pool with a transparent bottom is top. There is a sky bar on the roof of the hotel with modern music. I am satisfied with my stay and will recommend this hotel to friends.

Eco, green, super stylish, modern hotel, with beautiful design and unusual chose and mix of used materials. Looks absolutely new! Nice small elements and features in rooms make staying super pleasant and give feeling of individual approach. Amazing huge bath! Clean territory. Wide variety of breakfast options satisfying any preferences. Nice, friendly personal. Super beautiful sky bar with live shows, tasty drinks and amazing view during sunsets. From my point of view, Perfect match of price and quality (stayed in the end of November- beginning of December). I want to l highlight our Butler Una: she is extremely involved, super polite, very promt and accurate in assistance. We could reach her any time regarding absolutely any questions. Taking into account rather high language barrier with the rest of the hotel personnel, her personal assistance to us and fluency in English made our staying smooth and easy. She dealt perfectly with any questions, even beyond hotel matters (banks exchanges, routs to parks, miscommunication with didi taxists, etc).

Only 1 out of 4 pools was available. The main one with glass floor is super beautiful, but smth is definitely weird with the temperature of the water. Under the same weather conditions water could vary from chilling and cold one day and to super warm and nice another day. Taking into account the fact, that you cannot swim in the sea somewhere nearby the hotel (the whole Haitang bay beachfront is unacceptable for swimming), it would be nice if more swimming pools were available during staying or at least water temperature was always “swimming-able” in case it’s only one swimming pool.

The hotel design is modern and warm. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic.

The shower room’s drainage is easily filled with water. If this problem can be resolved, the hotel is perfect.

We loved our stay here, it was perfect for our baby moon. We stayed at the family room with pool access, and it was perfect! High ceilings, spacious, clean and the beds were super comfortable. Although most of the staff couldn’t speak English, but they were very polite, and tbh we should probably be the ones to brush up our Chinese! Peggy at the front desk was very lovely, the 1 kitchen manager was super welcoming, and the massage was amazing! Thank you for looking after us!

The property was very big! So maybe a little introduction or map of where everything is located would have been the icing on top.

Very spacious hotel, amazing buffet breakfast, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Loved the various complimentary activities like yoga and crafting, as well as the fresh farm product (tomatoes, plums, bananas) at the lobby. Room was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated.

The lighting in the bathroom mirror was a bit jarring. The gym could be more well-equipped. Ideally there can be more staff who speak English fluently to cater to those who cannot speak Mandarin.

The male attendant at the front desk was excellent, very friendly and extremely helpful. The room service was also very good; upon learning that we couldn't sleep on soft beds, they flipped the mattress to the harder side for us. The lifeguard at the pool was also very welcoming.

The young female receptionist wasn't very proficient in her job. I had booked a room with one king bed and one sofa bed for my parents and me, in total of 3 people. She strongly recommended that we switch to a room with only one king bed because she thought this type of room was closer to the elevator. However, how could my parents and I fit in a room with only 1 king bed???

We absolutely loved the service provided by the welcoming staff, the clean rooms and the hotel's sustainability ethos. The housekeeping lady on the 9th floor did such a great job every day. And the front desk went out of their way to help us. Facilities are also amazing, but it was a pity 2 out of 3 pools were closed for maintenance. We are 1 Hotel converts, if every property kept true to your green mission. Would loved to stay again :)

beach as in all Sanya is unusable....i wish they have more staircase...being a pro green mission resort the building has lifts more accessible to guest and seems you have to use the lifts even for going from lobby to drop off.

The location is not the best, there is no beach access and even though you can walk to one, beach is really windy, that of course has nothing to do with the Hotel. The breakfast was amazing!! The rooms are beautiful. Overall I would definitely recommend it. There is a play area for children. The sky bar is great. We were there over new year and I have to say it was a wonderful vacation!

It was great! The restaurants at the hotel are quite pricey but good. You can always order some food and eat it at the many rest areas available

Everything was comfortable. The rooms were amazing. Food was good! Gym was great.

Not a lot of staff spoke english well. There was no guide to the hotel property. It would have been nice to have a book with all the restaurants and a map of the services. Everything done digitally on we chat, so if you do no have we chat, hard to see menu or order in room service.
