Clean, quiet, and adequately sized room with a comfortable bed and strong shower. Effort made by hotel staff to maintain a classic and tasteful presentation, with period furniture and decor. Well located to access metro stations, local restaurants and plenty of shopping options.

As we are pure vegetarians, initially buffet options were extremely limited. However once this was pointed out to waiting staff they made efforts to rectify this and provided additional vegetables that had not been cooked with dairy/meat products. Nevertheless it would appear that kitchen were unable/unwilling to provide basic protein options (tofu for example), so priority continued to be for animal/meat based protein throughout our seven night stay. In a country where tofu is a staple of the diet, this was very disappointing. The room wifi was weak and slow.

Beautiful clean property with spacious rooms . Location was good . Very centrally located ,however not suitable to walk to the pier unless you are an avid runner . Taxi is always available . Malls are closeby . Breakfast buffet is nice and menu changed everyday . Cleaning housekeeping is all perfect . Chinese style chairs are very uncomfortable in the rooms . Staff is very pleasant and hospitable . Overall comfortable stay .

The room was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Breakfast was delightful, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The gym, along with its foosball table, was a hidden gem. If you are driving your own car, finding the car park might feel like a bit of a treasure hunt at first, but once you get the hang of it, it is manageable. Overall, everything here is excellent. Plus, the laundry room on level 17 is a real money-saver!

The staff were extremely nice and helpful, they really offered a service worthy of a 5 star hotel. When we didn't leave the room during the day once, they didn't disturb us but left a care package with fresh towels, toilet paper, etc. In general, they helped us a lot. The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed. Laundry room and fitness room, both in the 17th floor, worked fine. And the breakfast offered a variety of different foods, warm and cold, suitable for all tastes.

While the hotel was beautiful, some of the furniture and appliances are not very new. Everything worked fine though.

A classic hotel with all the amenities to make you feel as comfortable as a modern boutique hotel. Here at this hotel, you will find all the things you need for your stay including ample power supply for electronic gears, cloth hanging line, shoe spoon, self service laundry facility, water bottle, etc. The hotel is only 10 minites walk to the MRT station. The morning breakfast was also very good.

The staffs were amazing. May Chen was very kind, friendly and helpful. Assisted by Jorden Chang, they made my stay incredibly pleasant and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and impressive.

The breakfast could have been better. Expecting better options for non-meat eaters.

The room and bed is clean and coffy ,the breakfast buffet is good and plenty of choices.

In the evening, there is the smoking plume from the room nearby, coming through the common pipe of air condition, the hotel staff offered changing the room to the another floor. But it is not the hotel false.

Lighting could be better but it wasn't too off putting.

Room is a Taiwanese traditional type of room, big and roomy. Around 10min walk from the nearest subway station (Sanduo Shopping) from exit #7. Around 10-15min walk to the nearest night market (Ziqiang night market). There is also a late night supper place that sells light snacks diagonally across the street.

The rooms were amazing and was very comfortable though the furnishing was pretty old and I think a good modern refurbishment would be great. Breakfast in the hotel was amazing as well.

A little proactive from the stuff would be great.
