Excellent location, clean, offers coffee and tea inside the room. Good cleanliness and towels and toiletries are changed every day. The receptionist was very nice. It is a very large room with a beautiful view of the city. It is safe, it is close to the waterfront and there are many places to eat nearby.

The bathroom had a small water leak that gave it a slight musty smell. It is not a hotel itself, rather it is a building that rents several rooms, therefore, it does not have a restaurant. The building is an old skyscraper that works on one side and has several accommodations and at first it is difficult to get to the office that provides the accommodation.

Need to take elevator twice to access the room. The keyhole got a little rusty so it was hard to open the door.

The location was convenient. The room was spacious.

The kettle in the room is a bit complicated to use. Maybe they should consider using a normal western kettle.

The property was misleading and completely different to the photos that were advertised. The place was kept in poor condition, dirty facilities and we were only told after payment and upon arrival that there were issues with the plumbing/hot water tank - we had to wait 30mins between each shower in order for the hot water tank to fill up. The water pressure was HORRIFIC, felt like you were getting water blasted and the water was scalding hot to the point where you couldn’t stand under it. Parking is also not great, and the signs in the underground car park, which consisted of very sharp and steep turns were completely misleading - we parked and had to walk to the other side of the carpark even though the signs indicated another direction. Overall horrible experience and not worth the money we paid.
