Excellent staff, very kind and helpful. Always greet and welcome back us with a big and warm smile. Great bell staff near the check in counter, helpful in recommending nice restaurant and tourist spot. Hotel lobby and room smells good. Cleanliness of the room is top notch as well. Superb room service, always help out when in need.

Great rooms, close to metro and light rail, very friendly staff, the rooftop terrace was amazing in the night. 7-Eleven and Family Mart in front of the hotel made it easy to charge the Easy card or get some light breakfast if you want to skip the full hotel meal.

Due to a technical glitch with the hotel payment machine my credit card has been charged twice for the room and the issue is still not resolved.

Friendly and professional staff at the front desk. They tried their best to help me with last minute changes. Room is impeccable, very good size for a family of 4 with young kids. Hotel is very comfortable for any family that is looking for space and big beds. It is about 7 mins walking distance to the nearest MRT station. Kaohsiung rail main station and HSR station are along the same MRT line.

Breakfast mango pancakes were absolutely delicious The tea time snacks were way more than we had expected and were very tasty, and similar for the cocktail hour (we hadn't expected snacks and cakes) Great location -- walking distance to the exhibition center and metro.

I felt like we were in Japan. We love the variety of food breakfast offered, the room was super spacious and clean. The kid enjoyed it

I had sensitive nose, there's still some renovation smell but there was an air ventilator in the room. The pool would be great if it's heated. It was such a pity that we could not swim in the beautiful pool.

Overall, this hotel was pretty good. The staff were friendly and made the stay feel comfortable. The room was reasonably spacious, especially considering the price compared to similar hotels. The location was also convenient, with plenty of places to eat and shop nearby.

Very clean and new facilities. Room is designed thoughtfully. Absolute quietness in the room although I could see there are other guests in the neighbouring rooms. Japanese style bath near the gym is maintained spotlessly and is worth coming back for.

Perfect stay, perfect accommodation, service, 5 min walk to metro, 10-15 to train. Lounge club - great food and drinks, breakfest from menu 10/10. We love absolutaly everything and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Absolutely everything! The staff and facilities were beautiful and exceptionally clean. The breakfast buffet was diverse and great, and whoever is the current baker of the beautiful desserts at the Lobby Lounge is an artist! Highly recommend!

What more can I say about this place? Loved every single part about the experience. Professionalism from everyone, awesome food, great swimming pool and sauna. Near many interesting landmarks and facilities.
