The room was spacious for 3 people, a double bed with a single bed. The big window given brightness to the room feels good. Staff were willing to listen to our complaints and make sure they were resolved.

There is no space in the bathroom to keep personal accessories, especially when we were two females. The bathroom has a big step, which is not friendly for someone who has knee problems.

This hotel was amazing value, probably the best I have ever experienced. The facilities were excellent, the room very well appointed with all 'mod cons' and very comfortable, and it was very well located near a Metro station. I paid a cheap price for what was 4* accommodation! Most efficient and helpful 24hour staff at reception. I can't praise it enough!

A little difficult to find initially because it is on the 16th floor of a building with no sign for the Fine Hotel on the main street entrance. I asked where to go and found it easily then.

I was compelled to move out of my previous room on extending my stay because the cost of staying in it had rocketed! The new room was equally comfortable with 2 single beds instead of the previous double bed, but the price was still greater than I had paid for the original room.

The walls are not soundproof as described on website: I could hear some guests loud talking in next room. Jazz music is played in the hall for ambience after 10pm. I had to ask them twice to stop the music what they did. Air con is too strong and noisy even at lowest set.

We stayed here during typhoon Krathon. It was comfortable and quiet. We were glad to have booked a room with no window! We spent a lot of time sitting in the lobby area. The free tea and coffee and snacks were good. The hotel is very good value for the price.

Your employees are amazing and readily available to assist. The hotel is well maintained, and the room attendants are very humble. They went the extra mile to ensure our comfort.

Nice room, friendly reception staff. It was great that next to the lobby it was possible to make coffee, tea, use the microwave, etc. Very nice hotel, a short walk from the metro and busy streets.

We only had a view of the courtyard from the window.
