Rooms are spacious, confortable and quiet ( may be because we were on a higher floor). The swimming pool is nice and clean, free of charge. There is on the 8th floor a separate gender sauna, steam room and plunge pools ( hot and very cold). The hotel charge 100 NTD that is a very reasonable price in comparison with other hotels.

Staff is a little bit ``stiff`` and I could feel that most of them were not very confortable interacting with western people. Except for the valet at the entrance, a very smily and sympathetic lady. The breakfast buffet was disappointing. Food trays were not restock during all the time I was there. Most of the food is not very attractive.

Great facilities, just as it should be for a 5 stars. Comfortable beds, big rooms, good views. Good breakfast, although not excellent. They offer a wide range of other services. All in all, very nice, even not being a 10.

Breakfast might not be intercontinental enough, having few western options. Is well located, however, is considerably far from any public transport, so keep that in mind, or you might end up using a lot of taxis/Uber (this last one is quite cheap in Taiwan)

This is an excellent hotel to stay at. The staff was very professional. The breakfast was excellent and hotel had lots of amenities.

The fitness gym was small, did not have many machines, and open hours was not favorable for us. The bathroom smelled like raw sewage. The hotel structure/plumbing did not properly contain the smell back flow.

Beautiful hotel and the restaurant is simply amazing. Fantastic view. Nice location. I really liked it there. Room was comfortable and clean, people kind and very helpful.

A little old. Air conditioning impossible to regulate so you are either hot or cold. A few broken things, but nothing essential.

The high-level view from the room is pretty good. There is no other construction or building block the windows. You could also find those clerks’ headgear catching up with the season. Look on their breakfast portion, Vegan is treated well at the certain location with the mark. Besides that, they offer the traditional or localized food to let customers enjoy Kaohsiung culture. Sounds good, right? You guys should stay one night to enjoy their service.

Good location, easy to find a lot of restaurant around Ling Ya Rd, and in the center of Kaohsiung city. Also not far away from night market

Hotel need to upgrade, too old fashion, some furniture and rooms facilities also. Especially morning breakfast, no any vegetarians menu.

Excellent hotel, wonderful views, very comfy bed, and wonderful staff. Lovely breakfast.

You can hear people in adjoining rooms talking, showering and using the toilet. Shower does not point down so hard to use as a standing up shower without flooding the bathroom.

Clean room. Nice big soaking tub.

Room was small. Light switches were finicky. Temperature control was unresponsive, so the room was cold. Location, being a high end hotel, was too far from the subway and "common folks" for convenience.

Location is convenient for business. I am very appciate for the receptionist to help me cancel and rebook the room without any extra charge.
