Very clean and aesthetically pleasing decor. Th complimentary breakfast was simple, but brilliant and nore than enough for us (although, sad there were no Baozi/包子 despite having the warming cupboard for steamed goods). There was also 24hr ice cream and tea/coffee in the buffet area, this alongside a relaxing area to sit in was very welcoming and good value for money. The rooms were also modern and bed sheets clean, the mattress felt good too, nice and firm for my back problems. The bathroom came with a bidet toilet, which is always welcomed, alongside a very clean and good shower with nice water flow and hot. All top grades here.

Only missing the baozi for breakfast, otherwise, no complaints from myself.

Nice lounge in the lobby area - good to relax in after a long day or get some work done. Free snacks and coffee available. Rooms are a decent size and did not have much noise from the street. Rooms have recently been remodeled - living/bed area seems updated but bathrooms are somewhat older.

Cleaning could be better. I stayed on two separate occasions and both times had issues on check in. First time, the bed sheets looked okay, but the bathroom was not cleaned well - there was some kind of splatter all over the bathroom door. Second time, the bed sheets were clearly not changed. Both times, the issue was easily resolved by speaking with the front desk. Front desk says your room number out loud when checking in. This made me uneasy for safety reasons - anyone nearby would know my room number. Usually, the front desk at hotels say 'Your room is on x floor' and leave out the actual number.

The rooms are comfortable, with a great hot shower and spacious bed. The free coffee and ice cream in the restaurant is a nice touch and there is a decent range of food at breakfast.

The walls are thin. We heard the child in the neighbouring room crying at several points in the night. Breakfast service is chaotic. There are no staff members to seat guests so people are free to commandeer tables for 6+ people, even if there are just two of them. Meanwhile, families with children are squeezing onto small sofas and trying to eat. The reception staff could do more to manage this.

Everything! It's the best hotel we have stayed in during our one week trip in Taiwan. The staff was very polite and professional, the lady at the check in recognised while checking my passport that it is my birthday, so she allocated us on the top floor 🥰 Thank you for this. The room is very clean, has everything you need and the location is very good as well. As a person from Europe I found it interesting to use the advanced toilet haha

overall, our stay was fine, the room we stayed in (Room 1001) , the bathroom door was not working properly and could not lock, didn't bother to inform the reception. Otherwise, the room was specious and clean except the window glass was dirty. Breakfast was okay, very basic dishes .

The hotel may need to check if everything is working properly before check in

I loved staying here, and my family loved it as well! It was our highlight of Kaohsiung! They offered a lot of amenities and the rooms felt very luxurious and spacious! It was very nice coming back to the hotel after a long day out - they have ice cream and snacks and water available to get whenever you’d like on the second floor 🙂

Wasn’t in the most convenient location but it was easy enough to hail Ubers

Check in/out was convenient, the room was clean and modern with a huge TV. 24/7 snacks, drinks, and ice cream in the lobby. There’s no parking but 2 car parks nearby. I don’t recommend the one on Yixin road, it’s over priced. Go for the one on the main road, if you turn right out of the hotel.

Nice staff, you feel really welcomed because you get coffee, ice cream and snacks all the time for free. Nice lobby in which you can chill in, Location is perfect, Rooms are big and comfy, breakfast is nice (although for europeans a little bit challenging to find something, but toast and eggs were fine)

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, helping us to check in early, find details of a local gym, book taxis and just went above and beyond to be welcoming and helpful. The room was super comfy and beyond clean. The breakfast and lunge space was also great. All round we loved our stay.
