Conveniently located within 10 minutes walk to the KMRT. Good breakfast selection and free flow of icecream, coffee and other drinks at the lobby cafe lounge provides one with an option to relax other than one’s room.

Keep repeating menu everyday though there are some changes. But for 5 days eating almost the same stuff can be a bit too much.

Zoe at the reception is excellent service. She tried to help us over and beyond. Everything, location, delicious food, snacks, and free generous dinner, especially ice cream, we enjoyed very much, free laundry & dryer, it is really meaning of the name of Hotel , KINDNESS

The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic - a good variety and much of it vegetarian which was great for us. The staff were all excellent. Would definately stay there again and would check out Kindness hotels as we carry on our travels through Taiwan. The location was good, a short walk to the metro.

The Wi-Fi is horrible at best. Especially when watching YouTube! I am writing this now a the internet is completely Dow for the last 40 times tonight. If it could improve, it is definitely a winner, but the Wi-Fi brings the whol experience down.

The Wi-Fi was terrible! Especially at night! When streaming videos, it’s always cutting out. For a country with its technology available. It is shocking how bad the bandwidth is! Much improvement is needed!

Good location, shopping malls nearby, 7-11 and Family Mart all nearby. 10 minutes leisure walk to the Mrt which can bring you to the Zuoying HSR station in about 20 minutes.

The carpet in our room was rather old and dusty. The hotel provides washing machines and dryer for guests to do their laundry but the machines were not efficient at all. Washing alone took 50mins and the dryer was even worse. After almost an hour the clothes in the dryer were still wet so it was time consuming and pointless.

Very clean and comfortable room. There is a business center in the first floor and very friendly to the customers. The location of the hotel is also perfect. Only 5-10 mins walk from MRT station. Also breakfast. Many choices. Very nice

All rooms shall be non-smoking rooms, but I smelt smoke of cigarette when walking into the room. Please promote your regulations to all customers.

The rooms, bathrooms, amenities, beds, desk, Minibar, fridge, lights, cupboard, TV and breakfast all great.

The room had a bit of moldy smell when turning on the air conditioner. I suggest air conditioning system cleaning. Furthermore, the entrance doors of the room do not hold away baby cries or other customers talking along the corridors

24/7 ice cream and snack bar! Great location for shopping and public transport. Everything is perfect. Will recommend this hotel and will definitely choose this hotel next time I visit.

Cozy room with long desk, bright enough lights and a lot of wall sockets. Electric toilet (washlet). Beds are comfy (firm enough). A supermarket and a convenience store nearby. Free bottled drinking water.
