Size of the room. Location. Staff.

Cleaning was an issue. During a 4-night stay, room cleaning was offered only once, and only if requested in advance. You need to inform the staff the day before, but in our case, the confirmation call came around 11:00 PM, which was inconvenient. Despite the confirmation, we still had to explain everything again to the staff the next day. Aside from this hassle with cleaning, the rest of the stay was fine.

Comfortable "old fashioned charming" room. Closest subway stations ('Central Park' and 'Sanduo Shopping District') in 15-20 minute walking distance, some 24h convenience stores, a supermarket and the Jhongsiao night market including a XXL rich sorted fruit store in 5-minute walking distance from the hotel. The clients get everyday a new bottle of water for free.

If staying there by chance at times when the school opposite of the street prepares and trains for a bigger outdoor sports event, the whole neighbourhood gets temporarely (in my case each day for one week) delivered extremely loud music and commands of the teacher/MC through loudspekers "for free" ;)

Very clean room with strong WiFi and lots of hot water. Room we paid for and eventually moved to (see below) was comfortable and had a good size bath.

We booked a deluxe room with a bath however we were allocated a double room with no window or a bath. When we queried this with the receptionist initially he told us it was an error on the description and the chance of receiving a bath was random. The room was very tired and did not look anything at all like the ones shown on booking.com. it was obvious that we were being palmed off with a lower room to which we had booked and he agreed to move us to the room we had booked when we showed him the photos on booking.com. Hopefully no one else will encounter this issue but do check that you do get the room you booked.

The room was big, so was the bed. It had many cabinets and places for storage. There was a TV. The hotel also provides complimentary soap, shampoo, toothbrushes with toothpastes etc. The view was also nice. Price to quality ratio is very decent. The location is neither good nor bad. There are many places to eat, but it's pretty far from the highlights of the city. The nearest MRT station was a km away.

The room was pretty dark. It was impossible to set the temperature on the AC as there was only an on and off option. A fan was provided. The room was mostly clean, but I wish I didn't look under the bed when I dropped something.

A centrally located hotel, I HI Sanduo offers very basic accommodation for travelers who don't need much, but can appreciate a comfortable bed, silent nights, and a nice hot bath for a reasonable price.

Room was big and all the facilities provided were excellent. Staff was welcoming and checkin/checkout process was smooth. Guest can enjoy free tea/coffee at reception area. Luggage storage is provided during checkin/checkout to the guest who has room booking.

Location is little far around 700m from the nearest MRT.

The property was very close to a Ubike station and it was easy for us to get to the MRT and different places around the Dock area.

The hot water on the shower took very long to get hot in the night. Otherwise there wasn’t much wrong with my room and it was really nice.

a bit old style, bad smell coming from the bathroom sometimes, the smoke of cigarettes from the other rooms will go to your room then you have to sleep in the smoke…

Same as the picture. The staff were nice and helpful despite the language barrier. Good location.

The bathroom door was difficult to close, and there was no bidet.

The staff's are very approachable. They can communicate well in English. The place is near to MRT station. The place is very comfortable to stay. It is clean. I will surely recommend this hotel to my friends.

They didn't allow 3 hours extension, only 2 hours.😔
