I had a pleasant stay at Sun Hotel. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for relaxing. Wi-Fi was a bit unstable, and the breakfast could use more variety. Overall, a cozy and decent place to stay.

housekeeping very cold. not greeting. there were 2-3 times they didn’t make the bed. only refill the amenities. for breakfast the main course (chinese food) didn’t serve warm. it was cold we went to have our breakfast around 9am to 930am. (breakfast started 7am to 10am) because they don’t use the food warmer. but the auntie who incharge there is a kind person. bathroom shower head should change (room 701) shower area is too high to step in & out.

The Family Room has 2 bathrooms so it was convenient.

Quite a distance. It is exercise time for us who have not been walking for quite a distance. But it is okay.

Its close to most things. The bus stop is 3 minutes away. Its also very close to the shopping district (little ximending vibe)

The people really tried to help, amazing customer service! Very clean; my wife who is a germaphobe thought it was ok, and she is scared to walk on the floor barefooted!

Nice location and it’s easy to park. Staff is friendly and the room is quiet and comfy.

We turned up the AC in the room but for some reason the room was still warm the entire night. It’s not a big deal but hope the AC facility could be better in the future.
